I've only recently been introduced to this dish, but found this restaurant's version to be almost as good as the first time I've had it elsewhere. One ingredient was missing. Some really fragrant herb who's name I have no idea is. I ordered takeout and my husband picked up the food so I have no first hand experience on the... More

We love Thai food, and ate at this restaurant all the time while we were camping at The Arches National monument. Our server Shin speaks excellent English and a very nice personality. We would love to go back there someday. Miss the food and miss the excellent service.

We arrived late into Moab and found many of the Asia and ethnic restaurants closed after 9pm. Singha was open 9:30. The atmosphere was cozy and authentic Thai but food was nothing special. We had three veggie dishes: Massaman Green, Red Curry. The ingredients seemed there but Thai paste /sauce was bland.

Food is generally excellent and doesn't leave you bloated. Usually get one of several vegetarian options and I've never been disappointed!

We asked several locals in Moab, and including our hotel receptionist, they recommended this restaurant for a Thai food option. We found the food very good and well presented. So well, we ate here twice for dinner. We shared a coconut milk based soup (Tom Kha) both nights, had the fresh vegetable spring rolls (lettuce, carrots, cucumber, noodles, onion and... More

Visited in May 2015 - my first Thai experience. We ordered cashew chicken, some type of rice bowl, plum saki, and Thai ice tea (which I absolutely loved). Fairly small restaurant, which was rather busy at the time - waited about 5-10 minutes for a table. Generous hot portions with fresh veggies. Owner, whom we spoke to for quite some... More

We waited about 15 minutes to be seated here last night. The front of the house was being managed by just 3 of the most cheerful, pleasant young people who were really hustling to keep up with a continually full house. The food came, beautifully presented, and delicious. I can't believe this restaurant only ranks 32 in Moab. It deserves... More

So for those who don't eat tofu skip my review for the most part. It was hard and rubbery. They obviously don't know how to cook it. The basil rice had NO basil flavor. Wine portion very small for 5.00. The dumplings. Not made with dumpling dough just a won ton skin that tasted good but texture was tough. I... More

Singha Thai is delicious and located in the heart of Moab, so it is an easy walk from several accommodations to reach. It is close to the Moab Information Center to gather information for things to do during a Moab stay and the Museum of Moab slightly east along Center Street. Get a delicious meal, great service and combine it... More

Seemed authentic to me and many locals eat there. Pleasant staff and food was a good portion. Lots of different teas to choose. An interesting place in a quirky little town. Right off the main road. An easy walk from anywhere in town of Moab.
