Went here for a late night bite to eat and was not disappointed. Had their tacos which were very tasty. Friendly service from the time I walked in. Definitely recommend!

We chose this restaurant/cantina as it was adjacent to our hotel the Sleep Inn in Moab. Pleasantly surprised by quality and value for money. It has all the usually Mexican offerings plus Jarritos and Coke and Fanta in bottles (Mexican). The salsas were very good....Due to Covid we ordered to eat in and sat outside (many tables) and the food was delivered quickly and efficiently. Meant to eat elsewhere the next night but with wait times over 90 minutes we ended up at Gilibertos again and were very happy campers :-) They have good vegetarian selections.More

We tried going to the food trucks but they were closed, so we started driving through town looking for a place to eat dinner. We saw this place and decided to try it. We were pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was, and they...were really quick at fixing our meals. The price is very reasonable.More

We were hungry and just pulled into Gilberto's not knowing what to expect. They were fast and our food was delicious.

This is a simple Mexican restaurant, and it is very inexpensive, but the food is really, really good. The Chipotle Enchiladas may have been the best I've ever had. No Beer or Wine or Liquor (sorry!) Service was a bit unengaged.

I am a regular visitor to Moab and have now visited all the local TexMex/Mexican restaurants. Giliberto's is the cheapest of these options, and by a mile THE BEST. The food is authentic, fresh, and delicious! I will likely never go to any of the...other TexMex options again, on considerations of taste and value. BUT, if you place your order indoors, it is possible to see into the kitchen, and NONE of the food handlers in the kitchen were wearing face coverings - none. I don't understand at all having the cashier cover their hands and face, but the staff members actually preparing and handling the food that you will eat are taking no such health and safety precautions. I am deeply disappointed by this - and, honestly, the food is TOO good. I LOVE their cooking! I hope that the owners will take a serious look at how they have approached pandemic era questions of health and safety.More

We stopped here for our night in Moab because it seemed cheap and easy. The food was quick, thus the two stars. Other than that, the chips and 8oz salsa came out as chips in a styrofoam container with 1oz of salsa.

We stopped here our first night in Moab and it was delicious! We also ordered chips and salsa and it was all very good! Our kids got beef tacos and they were great. We enjoyed the outdoor seating, right on Main Street in Moab. We...would definitely go back!More

This was my first time in Moab . Lots of eateries to choose from, but because of the pandemic , we are only going through drive ups or take-outs. We saw Giliberto's sign and the outside looked neat and tidy. Our order was simple: 2...ground beef tacos and 1 spicy chicken taco and a soda. The wait wasn't too long considering quite a few cars ahead of us. The price was about $2.50 each. The portion size was great with plenty of meat, cheese and lettuce. We were full. They were very tasty and we enjoyed the Mexican spices. We will definitely go back if we go to Arches National Park again. The staff were friendly, We had just spent 3 months in Mexico and this satisfied our cravings!More
