Enjoyed a Very Good Lunch Here

This is a very good place for lunch when strolling through Harpers Ferry. You do need to inquire about the soup of the day, which is not listed on the menu or a board, but it was excellent! And it paired well with a very tasty and creative grilled cheese sandwich on a cold day. They also have a... read more

As a former local, this was my go-to sit down restaurant for bringing visiting friends and family to. Great service, indoor and (prettily landscaped!) outdoor seating, a nice selection of drinks, and DELICIOUS food. I've had something different every time I've been here, and honestly couldn't pick a favorite dish. It's a great place for both lunch and dinner, and... More

First off the waitress was very nice and was quick to help seat us outside since no other seating inside was available. No problem. Started to take the drink orders. Waitress began to walk off and had to flag her down in order to give my order. Ordered a Yengling. 20 minutes later our drinks showed up. Wrong drinks given... More

My friend and I were so happy that this restaurant was open on a Saturday in December - with outdoor seating!! Beautiful day to be out and it was great to eat outside! We both ordered the turkey/brie grilled wrap with peppers and spinach and it was served with chips. Just perfect and very filling. The ambience is very "rustic"... More

Stopped here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Parking was nearly impossible, but the burger was tasty, the Greek salad was large and fresh, and they even offer a bunless burger. Most notable is the lack of fried food, so no greasy smell to the restaurant. Decent beer selection, no full bar service, outside seating even in the winter if... More

The burgers were decent but nothing exceptional. Prices were ok with the value being average. Waitress was friendly and attentive. They need to clean the dirt, cobwebs and bugs out of the window seats. The paint is also chipping badly on the windows. Come on folks, you can do better than that.

We stopped after a hike along part of the Appalachain trail. Since we were really hungry, I ordered the Coach House burger since it sounded good. It was the best burger I ever had. We would definitely go back here. Check it out!

Service was good. There is inside (two levels, bar upstairs) and outdoor seating. We had a melted brie with honey, almonds and pita wedges as an appetizer. A little sweet for me, wife liked it. An "adult melted cheese" and "no bun burger" were very good. Both came with a spicy Cole slaw that was really great, and potato chips that must... More

We went there late on Saturday afternoon after hiking several miles. Needless to say, we were hungry! We sat outside which wasn't even halfway full and ordered a turkey panini and a portabella wrap. It took almost an hour for our lunch to come out to us. By the time my husband got his panini, it was barely warm. We... More

I did not get a hamburger. I got a roast beef panini. My husband got a hamburger (I think it's called the Coach House). Fresh and big and delicious! Oh how I wished I had ordered the burger. The panini was good though.
