Walking distance from the Jacob Rohrbach Inn. Very casual local tavern. It wasn’t fancy but the service was excellent, as well as our dinner. Don’t be scared off by the exterior, it was great!

Very good salads, salmon was delicious with honey lime pistashio dressing . Service was excellent. Atmosphere was what you would expect in a bar & restaurant with dart boards, not a fancy place for sure but kinda down home and very affordable.
Typical pub and grub. Not many options in Sharpsburg so we stopped in. Food was pretty good, service was good. Nothing fancy here.
Very basic pub atmosphere & tables. Pleasant service. Good food. We watched early round of March Madness, which was enjoyable. Apparently a big place for darts, but not the night we were there. I had crab cake dinner. Crab cake was very good, nice salad,...average baked potato.More
This was a place recommended by our B&B. It was in walking distance. The server was friendly and the food was very good.
Outstanding value! Variety of beer options was outstanding! Quality of food, along with portion size, was fantastic! This “dive” bar and restaurant is a must visit whenever visiting Sharpsburg or the Antietam Battlefield.
Sharpsburg is off the main drag but gets lots of visits due to the Antietam battlefield. This tavern is about the only option and has great food. We visited on a Sunday so a limited brunch menu was being served. Nice sandwiches and salad options.
We found the food here reasonably priced, fresh and the owner, and staff very friendly. We could hang out there with no pretense which was refreshing
We stopped in for dinner during our trip to Sharpsburg. Service was friendly. Food was fresh and tasty They even had live music there on Friday night. I would definitely recommend.
The service provided was excellent...friendly staff! Dinners were delicious and it's the place we went back to night after night. Highly recommended!
We got carryout and it was good. Burger, fish and chips and great salad with their honey lime pistachio dressing. They were efficient in getting our order ready as well.
Found screw in French Fries be careful what you order there. not all bad for a bar tavern but just not first place I would go to.
There maybe two restaurants in Sharpsburg but the others are well hidden! We stopped here for lunch after touring the Antietam battlefield. We expected just a bar but the food takes it up a level above that. The Antietam Panini is "merely "a Reuben, but...very well done. The chicken Quesadilla is one of the best. The Rachel is a turkey variant on a Reuben, and my friend opted for fried onion rings to his delight. The "Floor Manager" is what I call the hostess/bartender/server. Someone else brought out the food from the kitchen but other that that she was a solitary act. Didn't miss a step. She was fabulous and what a sense of humor!,More
Basic tavern food in a little historic town. We had a good lunch. Fried pickles and burgers and Cocktails
We went on a Saturday for lunch. They do not open until noon. Don’t let the outside fool you. I got the crab cake and it was delicious. Best I have ever had.
