Can't get any better than steak smothered with pepper jack and jalapeños. Good food, bar area has nice screens to watch the game, and very friendly service! A must during your visit to Del Rio.

Authentic Mexican food? More like Mexican food for people who have no idea of how it should taste. No flavours whatsoever. Just salty and fatty. Dont go there, its a waste of money. Tortilla chips was the only good thing about this place.

Recommended to us by our hotel, The Whispering Palms, right next door. The tamarind margaritas were unique and delicious as well as the Negro Modelo on tap. We had roasted quail and chilies rellenos. The service was great.

We ordered 2 margaritas on the rocks. They came so light that they were tasting like water. Our waiter was kind and we told him about. It came with two refiled margaritas that was nerely "good enough" - we experienced better ones in the usa. On the other hand, we ate the "charles steak" that was perfect - rare cooked... More

The restaurant has great ambiance. They have sister restaurant in ACUNA MEXICO. Both are great places to eat, this one is much more convenient in the US. It fills up quickly, so reservations are good.

It had good ratings here so we decided to try it. Big Mistake. It was dark inside with no atmosphere at all. The dated hanging light fixtures were supposed to look like big candles, half of which were out. The table was very small; no way 4 adults could have sat at it. It had small plates with folded paper... More

Most of us ordered the 4th of July fillet mignon special. There is no doubt this was old closeout meat, it literally was one of the worst pieces of meat I've ever had. We picked it because the website said open bar and the wife wanted a dirty martini. Again the worst ever. Service was so so at best, the... More

This place was within walking distance of the hotel we were staying at. It was nicely decorated and wait staff was very nice and quick with service. My husband had the Chicken fried steak. It was so big it could have covered the average size dinner plate with no problem. I had the Beef shish-ka-bob(sp?) which could have easily served... More

We ate here on the recommendation of a local friend. It was a Tuesday night and the place was packed! The food and service were both great. We had a sampler plate and everything was delicious. Good choice! Try it!

This is one of the two best restaurants in town. It is the closest Del Rio has to an upscale date place. Very good food which goes from basic enchiladas to Filet and Lobster tail. Margaritas are excellent here.
