Excellent place to grab all three meals on Saipan. Friendly and quick service. Serving portions are huge!

Of course, "local" has many meanings. This is the place for Saipan-style filipino fusion dishes. The menu is varied from American classics of steaks, burgers, breakfast dishes, to Filipino sinigang, bangus, lechon kawali, crispy pata, adobo, to Shirley's version of Chiense stir-frys and fried rice. All good, reasonable prices and huge portions. Don't expect ambience as this is a 1950's... More

It's bright and busy at Shirley's. The menu covers just about anything you want, from Filipino to American, Chamorran and more. It's a nice place to eat with your friends.

I stayed in Century Hotel, so it was very convenient for me to eat at Shirley's. During 7 days, I had 3 meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There were many dishes (big portions!) to choose from. Pretty good value.

Is located downstairs in the Century Hotel which is convenient but overpriced. Had a cheese omelet, pancakes and bacon which was good but fifteen dollars for breakfast is a bit much. The coffee and service was great. is newly renovated with many small booths and call buttons on the tables are a nice touch. Parking has always been a problem... More

The place was newly renovated. It has free wifi and bottomless iced tea. Best of all are fantastic prices, large portions and a variety of delicious items on the menu. It is difficult to choose a favorite dish!

Having no idea of the food available I pointed onto a picture in the menu. The best bet I thought. And I was pleasantly surprised. The prawn omelette with hash brown turned out very nice indeed. Coffee was so so. Typical diluted coffee.

This restaurant is open 24 hours a day and serves good, local food. It is very popular with the locals. Nothing fancy, just good food at reasonable prices.

We visited the Shirley's Coffee Shop in Susupe near Mt. Camel Church. It is indeed not a place for coffee & cake only . But it is a restaurant that serves breakfast till dinner with Filipino, Chinese and American cuisine. We ordered milkfish garlic fried rice and susage fried rice. The quantity was so big that, in my case, one... More

First there's two location one near cathedral (Susupe) and the other one inside century hotel but food are equally good (sometimes taste differ esp when there's two or more branches) but I like going to century hotel. They recently renovate the place which is nice as they say there's nothing permanent except change. Although its new ambience the food are... More
