This restaurant is open 24 hours a day and serves good, local food. It is very popular with the locals. Nothing fancy, just good food at reasonable prices.

We visited the Shirley's Coffee Shop in Susupe near Mt. Camel Church. It is indeed not a place for coffee & cake only . But it is a restaurant that serves breakfast till dinner with Filipino, Chinese and American cuisine. We ordered milkfish garlic fried rice and susage fried rice. The quantity was so big that, in my case, one... More

First there's two location one near cathedral (Susupe) and the other one inside century hotel but food are equally good (sometimes taste differ esp when there's two or more branches) but I like going to century hotel. They recently renovate the place which is nice as they say there's nothing permanent except change. Although its new ambience the food are... More

Enormous portions and good food. Nice break after eating micro portions in Japan (no wonder the Japanese are so thin). We ate breakfast twice and dinner. Good and friendly service and cheap.

I went to Shirley's several times on my one week stay in Saipan. As always, consistently good food at reasonable prices. The garlic fried rice and Shirley's chicken was fantastic. Service was excellent and location a short drive from beach road (a little bit of a walk otherwise).

It's in the downtown, just in the lobby of the Century Hotel, so it's very convenient for the hotel guests. The Ice Tea and chicken dishes were very good! In addition, the portion was really huge! Good for guys!

This is a 24/7 restaurant and very convenient to visit. Many locals go to this restaurant, so this is a great place to mingle if you are not from Saipan. Staff delivers great service! You will get more than what you paid for, and this is not exaggerating! You must visit this restaurant!

we ordered newyork steak and fried rice.. Actually, we had enjoyed Shriley's in Guam before, and we really looked forward to their food, and they never let us down. The fried rice was still good not only in quality but in quantity, and steak was also good considering the price($15). BTW, they don't open 24/7. the dinner opens at 6:00pm,... More

Good place when you want to eat OK food in huge portions. The fried rice would feed a small family! It's average food but well priced for the quantity.

Had planned on trying this place for a couple of weeks but my schedule didn't let it happen. So on my last day in Saipan I go here to find a fully Americanized breakfast eatery. Fully enjoyed the meal. Even the Chamorro sausage.
