Promptly seated for evening reservation (yay!) but then we were overlooked and ignored for a good fifteen minutes before we hunted down a (very busy) server. Things improved from then on, as drinks and food appeared quickly. Every single bite we ate (three entrees, a rainbow salad, and some side vegs shared btw four of us) was *absolutely* delicious. The... More

This place is busy, so if you don't have a reservation, maybe show up early for lunch. The menu attracted us-we could see it was an ambitious Asian fusion type. We ordered the Asian Niceois salad and the white beans and pork. The tuna came seared (virtual sashimi) and the salad with a peanut sauce type dressing was good-edamame, bean... More

My friend had made a reservation and we are forever grateful that she did. We were seated once our party had arrived. Our server did not introduce herself, though she was training someone else since she had followed her every footstep. Once we were seated, we had only decided what to drink and get for appetizers. We told our server... More

We shared a banquet with friends and thoroughly enjoyed every last bite and all raved about how unique and flavorsome each dish was! I look forward to returning to B Star on my next visit and now have very high expectations for the flagship venue! :)

Enjoyed a very good lunch here recently. We all had the lunch special - an entree + a side. I chose the Shrimp and Chicken Biryani and a side of butternut squash soup. The soup was AMAZINGLY good!! The Biryani wasn't a traditional one, but the meat and shrimp were well cooked and the rice fine. I would have preferred... More

We always enjoy this place and love to take people from out of town here. The Brussels Sprouts are killer-like fried candy! The Tuna Ceviche is so good we almost got more for dinner Our other delicious starters were the Duck Lettuce Cups, the Tea Leaf Salad and the veggie spring rolls. Great vegitarian choices to satisfy non-meat eaters as... More

This review comes in very late, we went with my mil and a friend in august 2014. Our 4 month old was entertained by the busy restaurant and thus allowed us to enjoy the scrumptious dishes we had ordered. Fish in a curry, veg stir fry, dessert, chicken everything was so so so good!!!!

Super good food every time I go. The tea Leaf salad, the samousa soup and we had some spicy beef thingy that was just killer. Go. You will not regret it.

A hunt for Burmese food led us to Superstar. A daunting wait led us down the street to their sister restaurant B Star. Hands down, this was the best food we ate while in the city and we're still thinking about it! We sat at the bar with Donald and he was polite, efficient and helpful. Our appetizers were incredible,... More
