Not impressed! We come from belgium, Bruges, where the best chefs serve far better food! Sorry! It was very weird that the menu was only for 2 or 4 persons, we were 3 and that was an odd number for Al, weird!

The atmosphere and decor are lively and hip -- without a pretentious vibe (I so appreciate this!). The food is delectable, creative and combines flavors in unexpected ways which works. The vegetarian (moi) and the carnivores were equally happy here -- we chose à la...More

Was in SF for work, so got to expense out meal. That said, I would recommend the tasting menu (called ‘family style’) for a great selection of what the chef has to offer. Wine selection is limited, but OK. Great service, great vibe. Highly recommend.

Spectacular use of fruits and vegetables. Salad one of the best I've had. We did the tasting menu which was awesome, including a great hanger steak. This is good, straightforward food - nothing pretentious. We also paired with a wine tasting menu which also was...More

The food is amazing and very unique. I would recommend that you try the tasting menu and allow the chef to do his thing. The wine pairing was equally as good. The only downside is the service to start was a little unorganized and the...More
