There is nothing bad I can say about this place. The food was delicious; we did take the waiters advice in best things to order. The wait staff was super friendly, and on top of everything. They made us feel like family from the time...More

Always enjoy it here. Kind, fun, loving people everywhere. Food is delish, we had halibut and it was cooked to perfection. My only problem is they play the music way too loud, you cannot hear the people seating across from you. It's a shame because...More

This place is loud and boisterous with the waiters shouting orders and laughing and kidding. If you are looking for a quiet meal you need to go somewhere else. The food was good but not outstanding. I will go back just for the fun of...More

Just watched the show on Italian TV. Next time I'm in San Francisco, promise I'll eat there! In the meantime I'll send my family from Marin. :)

The place was fun and loud, the food and menu was quite good, the staff were truly Roman, and the service was attentive. The calamari was pretty typical and nothing mind blowing. The scallops were nicely seasoned and appropriately cooked...they rested in a flavorful, bread...More

After reviewing our options, this was the place. We called for a reservation, and right off the bat we knew it would be a good time. The reservation was made with some good humor and laughs. We arrived early, got a drink and our table...More

On a recent visit to San Francisco, my daughter took me out to dinner here for my birthday. The maitre'd regaled us on the street with promises of how great their restaurant was, so we decided to give it a try. The total experience was...More

North Beach / Telegraph Hill
The aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans, the sounds
of opera, and the sights of the romantic Italian
ristorante come together to create the charming
neighborhood of North Beach, once the stomping grounds
for the Beatnik Generation. Although parts of North
Beach are known for nightlife that’s not always
suitable for younger visitors, few neighborhoods in
the city exude as much European charm and style.
