Went based on the great reviews. Maybe should rate this higher but I know family would not rate the food on the high list. I would rate it higher because it is a tremendous value. Prices for San Francisco and in Chinatown, this place is a bargain. One thing family did describe this food as VERY fresh. And the comment... More

Good sized portions to a reasonable price. Not too many smiles from the waitress, however, a nice relaxed atmosphere. Lunch discount was good and food was at the table in an instant. The chicken in our dishes was not cut clean from fat and bone.

Strolling through Chinatown we decided to just look for something simple and unpretentious with a good crowd inside. This place fit the bill perfectly. We chose the banquet style for 4 people and had so much food! Good value for money and efficient service. Drop by if you are getting hungry around dinner time.

this is a cash only place, and be prepared to pay for your meal up front which is something weird to me. The price is not what you would think. The app shows it as being $ but really it is a $$ or $$$ to me. It looks like regular Chinese take out and is over priced. The seafood... More

Stumbled upon this place while visiting with family. We quickly learned that they are famous for their fried chicken wings. While we waited, several locals offered their opinions on the "must have" dishes. Of their recommendations, we tried the spare ribs. I don't think I've had better orange chicken. The best part; however, was the friendly staff. The owner and... More

Food was very good, not pricey, not a fancy environment...more like a diner. Place full of local Chinese speaking Chinese...have to walk right through the middle of the steaming kitchen to get to the ultra small bathroom, lots of authentic dishes such as squid and black beans, as well as normal Chinese food favorites. I liked it! Ask for orange... More

Had dinner of eggplants with minced meat. It was OK. I have tasted better. The service was good though.

I'm not sure how there are so many mixed reviews for this place, and guess it must be week day/weekend busy period related. We ate here mid week. The restaurant was full with what appeared to be locals. For me that's usually the sign of a good meal, if you can order the local food that is (in some places... More

Ate here on the recommendation of a local. He said be sure to try the chicken wings, which we did not, and based on other reviews and the food we did have, we probably didn't miss anything. We began with cream cheese wontons (rangoons? don't remember what the menu said), appetizer. Six tiny, overcooked lumps of thick, heavy dough with... More

Food pretty plain. No flavor. Overrated. Wings and egg rolls good. Was disappointed based on the review. Would not go back. Service ok
