My wife and I were strolling along Fisherman's Wharf, trying to sort through the plethora of seafood restaurants. I've learned, in my lifetime, that a fancy facade is often times as impressed as I will ever be with many restaurants. Therefore, I tend to look for the gems in the rough. Sabella & La Torre is just that. Upon first... More

Nom nom nom...clam chowder was good until the calamari arrived. There's a lash on the side sauce for the calamari. Yikes!!!!

I'm just as surprised as you are! In an open environment like ours, my team does everything they can to keep our food as clean as possible. If you noticed anything but sauce, I hope you had a chance to bring it up to them. We run a tight ship here, so this certainly isn't like us. Sincerely, Tom More

Tasty clam chowder on a bread bowl. Perfect to warm you on a cold summer night! The bread is a little bit hard to eat, but it's good with the cream.

We had always wanted to try the famous clam chowder in a bread bowl so where else to try it but Fishermans Wharf. This restaurant was not very clean very noisy and they just wanted you in and out. The bread was very nice and the chowder ok. Parking in this area is a joke and needs sorting. I was... More

While we unfortunately don't control parking here, I did wish that we made a better first impression. There's certainly a lot of foot traffic at the Wharf, but that shouldn't stop us from keeping things clean. With that being said, I'm glad at least you enjoyed your clam chowder, Mike. I hope the rest of your visit went well. All... More

Enjoyed an awesome late lunch on the Wharf- they had a special of a cup of chowder with a half cracked crab. Ordered that plus a half dozed oysters. Waitress was great - she brought warm, crusty sourdough bread plus an extra cup of chowder since there were 2 of us. Chowder was perfectly balanced, lots of clams, not too... More

We had a couple of lobster rolls which are made with very fresh soft bread, very tasty. The chowder was good and I was told they did not put in potatoes which only take up space. Ate inside, and had good service, very attentive. WE started outside but they did not server lobster rolls outside, so the outside staff made... More

The outside kitchens on the wharf are a bargain. The food is very good. I really like the deep fried shrimp baskets and chowder Bowles.. Watch out for seagulls.
