The bread is still delicious and the restaurant looks clean. However, the employees seem downtrodden. There is outside seating available, but it is a parking lot.

7 of us stopped for dinner, the food was excellent as usual! We ordered steak tacos, a couple chowder bowls, pepperoni pizza, and a chowder/salad combo. The kids also got little sour dough turtles. Customer service was top notch!

Sad that a company with such a good product has such incompetent customer service standards. Second time I have ordered a product and paid the expensive 2nd day shipping that is mandated when ordering their products only to learn that the product was not delivered...as promised. I called and messaged the company when the product was not delivered and nobody responded. Only when I called them AGAIN, a manager did not care that this happened in the past and would only talk about the current order. Apparently, they chose to dismiss the fact that this is a PATTERN; not a good pattern either! They also offered excuses as to why nobody addressed my concerns immediately. They may know bread, but they CERTAINLY do not understand CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will never order again from them and would NOT recommend them. Product without service is a waste of money. Can certainly do better than purchasing from Boudin.More

I returned to San Francisco, after 9 years, for a work trip. I made sure to take my coworker to Boudin's which I visited during my first trip. The food, service, and quality was outstanding (just like I remembered). It was my coworker's first time...at Boudin's and she enjoyed the dining experience.More

Fantastic options for cafe, breakfast, lunch, happy hour & dinner. We had all! Amazing sourdough but we spend a great deal of time upstairs at the bar enjoying the bar menu plus dining menu. Always something to choose from drink & food wise. Could not...fault, thanks Boudin!More

Cannot leave SFO w/o buying tons of bread for our home and friends. That’s what they want from SFO! I love the bread shape and variety, the ease to buy when you have decided what you want, the friendly and quick service. We just love...the bread and having it is a must! You didn’t go to SFO unless you eat and take home the famous boudin bread. Thank you.More

We stopped here on our last day to pick up some bread to take home. We got two big sourdough loaves that were 2 lbs each. When we got home we make the best grilled cheese ever. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Such a great bakery on Fisherman's Wharf. Lots of good pastries and treats, and Peet's coffee. My wife and I ate two chocolate croissants while we were there, and bought a ham & cheese croissant, "monkey bread" bun, and a raspberry scone for breakfast later...at our hotel. Definitely worth stopping by when on the Wharf.More

They do have bread in all kinds of animal shapes. They're open Sunday mornings - you can take out or eat there.
