All I can say about this is avoid it at peak times. My husband and I visited last Saturday evening, and were told that there would be a wait of about 40 mins. 105 minutes later we were finally seated. They had mixed up the tickets and thought we already had a table. The food then took ages, when it... More

We have been to quite a few Cheesecake Factories, so not a novelty for us. As usual, the menu has tons to choose from. What was a treat was eating outside up high and overlooking Union Square at night. Truly delightful.

The bread is serviced with another type of bread, but I recommend eating the brown and even taking some home to eat at breakfast for the next day,

We've ate here a couple of times when visiting san francisco. Portions are big so make sure you are hungry. Sitting on the balcony overlooking union square is worth the wait.

We visited on our first night in San Fran. Hadn't realised it was attached to a bar/night club and it was heaving. We initially lined up to get a table but then discovered it would be half an hour minimum wait before we could be seated. In the end we decided to get a slice each via the takeaway counter... More

Couldn't get a table the four times we tried. We went at times that were off peak times and regardless of time we got the same story, a half hour wait. We tried this over three days, it got to be a joke after while. It's located in Macy's so we were there shopping or going to one of the... More

Inefficient hostessing, rude servers... No one minds waiting for a table but the hostess stand is a disorganised mess with people waiting all around even after their buzzer has gone off. I asked a server if I could get a drink at the bar while waiting the estimated 30 minutes...the response was 'Yes, at the bar' However there were people... More

Food and service were exceptional with large portion sizes, but make sure you leave room for desert!

Went there with two friends. The atmosphere, the service and the food quality were totally worth the money. We tried it again the next day and it was great again!
