Let's keep this simple: beautiful, genuine service; quaint, ye olde English decor and styling; succinct and inexpensive menu; but most importantly - amazing pub grub. I had the privilege of meeting the chef personally which is typically unheard of, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Laid back pub adjacent to Beresford. I had nothing but fun. Good food and drink.Great atmosphere.The staff were so welcoming and friendly to us.

Menu with only tapas and appetizers like burguers and fries. I thought it could be more complex since it is in a hotel.

Staying in the hotel next door we ate there on our first night we had generous portions of tasty fish and chips and a couple of local beers. very good

I was in the Hotel Beresford and my husband and I decided to have dinner always here because the staff is very nice and prepared and the meals are delicious. Thank u!

I was staying at the hotel next door and thought I pop in for a quick dinner. Sat down at the bar and after a few minutes started a one of the best conversations with some of the locals. We are staying at the hotel attached to the White Horse so we thought we would stop in. We must have been there 15 minutes before we even saw the bartender. We were sitting at a table but had to get up to order and walk to the bar to order our drinks and then again to pick them up.... More

To be fair, my friend enjoyed his burger, but the fish and chips can only be described as poor. They were pretty much tasteless, and I just couldn't bring myself to eat more than half of them. Stumbled upon this little gem. Awesome bar and pub feel. Food was a life saver after walking around all day. Not a huge place but very inviting.
