Its a little messy, loud and frenetic but it is a great time. Everyone is kind and friendly and the drinks are really reasonable. A great fun experience you can't get just anywhere.
Been here on both my visits to San Francisco, very relaxed air about it, great views over Castro from the Balcony and good music. Mixed age groups so doesn't make you feel it's just for one type of guy. Drinks are reasonably priced.
This bar gets really busy at the weekends which people on the lookout looking out over the Castro. The bar serves a range of drinks and food which is all reasonably priced.

A great place to go feel like a local. Great Happy Hour specials, singles, couple, groups and tourists. Fun place to stop for just one drink, but do not be surprised if you have a few more.
