Good value for money but burritto had lots of rice and little else. Needed more retried beans and chicken. Staff friendly but is basic and scruffy inside. Used to be lots better. There is another Mexican nearby which has better reviews and looks much better....Would try thereMore

We’d read a review do stopped off for lunch. From the outside it looks nothing special, & things don’t get any more impressive inside. It’s cash only which could be a pain but they helpfully have an ATM machine inside (I know!). The food was...great & value for money. Simple but cooked well and huge portions. Worth popping in if you’re at that end of Golden Gate Park but don’t make a special journey.More

Our food was straight up delicious. The service was really good. It's a counter you order from but they answered any questions we had with no impatience. One if my kids declared his California style burrito his favorite meal on our west coast road trip.

Best food we had in San Francisco. It's authentic and they give you huge portions. I had the beef fajita plate and other people in our group had chicken plate and they were all soooo good.

I had the regular pollo burrito and my partner had a veggie taco. The burrito was fillied with bar-b-q chicken and fresh ingredence and the soft shell taco was a mountain of fresh beans and veggies. Not a fancy atmosphere, but I go for the...food and thats worth 5 stars.More

We were just exploring Haight Ashbury area and decided to stop in for lunch. Some regulars were in watching a soccer match. It's a small place, and cash only. The food was great and the staff were friendly. It was exactly what we were hoping...to find.More

Within walking distance from our hotel and highly recommended by the staff, we took the walk to this restaurant for dinner. This really is more of a take out place than a place for a relaxing dinner. It is probably excellent for lunch or take...out but I can't recommend having dinner at this facility. The Mexican food is excellent and it is of good value. My chicken quesadilla was very good and my husband enjoyed his beef and cheese anchilladas. We were a bit shocked at the facility when we arrived for dinner as there were only a couple of tables and a counter.More

Stopped for lunch while exploring Haight Ashbury by foot. Burritos were delicious, huge portions and reasonably priced. Prices were good, around $10 for each meal. Really good for families.

This was the best meal we had in San Francisco. Simple and tasty meal we had in San Francisco. Granted, we didn't try them all. We accidentally found this restaurant in the Haight Ashbury area. It is simple but tasty. So delicious. The tortillas were...perfectly warmed and crisp, the meat was tender and tasty and the guacamole delicious! I really wanted to go back!More

The area surrounding the intersection of Haight and
Ashbury streets, “The Haight” still exudes vibes of
the 1960s counterculture as a haven for vintage
clothes, music, pop posters and body piercing shops.
While the Summer of Love ended decades ago,
Haight-Ashbury has turned into a melting pot of
hippies, hipsters, and professionals. Walking through
its streets can still feel like stepping back in time.
