This is a very nice place to eat and we were able to eat outside and it was wonderful. We had pizza and crabsalad sandwich and salads. I loved their balsamic dressing it was delicious. It was dipping everything in it. We were on a tour in the morning and a tour in the afternoon and they let us off... More

End up here out of desperation. We arrived at Fisherman's wharf relatively late (after returning from our night tour of Alcatraz) and we were looking for a place to eat. We tried Scomas first (see other review), but the service was so awful there that we ended up leaving before we placed our order. We ended up at Cioppinos. Now,... More

This restaurant has a great location near Fisherman's Wharf. We enjoyed a nice dinner here with good service. Portion sizes were generous. Overall good value considering how touristy this area is.

Had a deliscious cup of lobster tomatoe based soup and a crab cocktail which was generous with the crab.Other members of our party had the chicken fettuccine alfredo and a shrimp pasta dish. Generous portions and yummy sour dough bread.

Had lunch here (outside) a few weeks ago, perfect location at Fisherman's Wharf. Have a seat and watch the world go by for a while. The area is a bit "touristy" but the restaurant does not so you can get your basic Italian staple foods here in a relaxed atmosphere served by a friendly crew. If you are into seafood... More

This is a good little Italian restaurant that has a wide mix of foods. We ate here as we fancied an alternative to fish (the main food in San Fran). The menu is good that it has traditional Italian food and lots of fish too, so if your group has mixed tastes, it will suit you all. The wine was... More

Tantalize your tastebuds with a bowl of Cioppinos, Cioppino stew. Filled with all kinds of seafood in a tomato base and served in a S.F. sourdough bread bowl. If seafood is your love then you must not miss this delicious treat!

I'm always attracted to ordering Cioppino at restaurants , but usually disappointed. Not here! This was absolutely the best I've had. Will definitely return whenever I'm back in San Francisco.

Went twice to this restaurant, taking advantage of happy hour. Sat at the bar having a beer & appetizers, chatting to other local and tourists. Staff friendly, food was good and beer better! Worth a trip

What a great meal! We were afraid it might just be a tourist spot, we were wrong! The bread is to die. I had the Bacon Wrapped Praws, very good and my date had the Cioppino. He said it was the best he ever had! Our wine was also excellent. Highly recommend. My only recommendation is that they could use... More

A Fisherman's Wharf Tradition. Fresh seafood and Italian fare, located right in the heart of it all. The best Cioppino in the city. Great food at reasonable prices.
