I really like my Californian roll - fresh, tasty and crisp. I sat at the bar as the tables were occupied. The service was good and friendly.

Recently went her and was so impressed by the food and also how jolly the staff were. They do a load of classic sushi dishes as well as some local specials which were delicious. Had a great time and would defo go back!

We visited Wasabi and Ginger during a recent visit to San Francisco and really enjoyed our night out there. The sushi was very tasty our favourites being the San Francisco roll and the X Roll. Staff were very friendly too.

We decided to eat here because it was close to our hotel. The service was excellent and the food was good. We started with a Miso soup that was tepid and needed to be reheated. We then had a couple of sushi rolls that were very good. We also had a bowl of grilled salmon yaki soba that was also... More

It was fast, it was affordable, it was delicious. My boyfriend and I started out with the gyoza and lucky stars then each had our own role. It was more than enough food and including each of our drinks was less than $50. Date nights in SF rarely come in under that. This will definitely be our neighborhood sushi spot.

This restaurant is on the corner Van Ness Ave en Vallejo street. Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff, good sashimi, sushi, gyoza and tempura. Good assortment of Japanese beers for reasonable prices. Good place!

Walking around Civic Center, found out a little door that led me to the nice restaurant! I was really after a nice sushi bar with well selected Fresh Fish and perfect slices of sashimi! They have it! Also they have a really great service, polite and warm.

A great local spot, only hamstrung by the lack of parking, particularly on friday night. The sushi is great, with a good variety, but it's the rest of the menu that puts this place on the above average. They get the tempura just right, which frankly isn't common. The service is good, friendly, and their recommendations are worth following.

There is such a wide variety of sushi to choose from--all made fresh at the bar of course. Easy access too on one of the main thoroughfares of San Francisco. Parking is a hassle, just like everywhere else in San Francisco, but they have free valet parking for you right at the front door! You cannot ask for anything more.... More
