All of our awesome regular sushi bars are boarded up. So we settle for driving across town to the Marina for huge, roughly cut slabs of fairly fresh fish take-out. Skip the Victoria Secret maki, which might be enticing if it wasn’t for the fried-yesterday,...flaccid tempura albacore on the inside. Opt instead for one of the best California rolls ever, with a generous portion of real crab.More

Ace Wasabi has very good sushi for a great price. We get 16 sashimi tuna toro, salmon toro and Albacore! The Mongolia IPA is delicious and my girlfriend gets white wine. We will usually have one role and we pick the spider roll which soft...shell crab. Toro is the belly of the fish and the best part too. Cheers🍺🍸🥃🍷🥂More

This place has been so consistent and just proper for so many years. Fun bar. Great staff. Go on any weeknight Ask then to tell you what to order.

We love the 3 Amigos roll , it’s a fun place to visit in Marina District. We had fun playing Bingo at happy hours.

We came in on a busy Saturday evening and luckily they had seats open at the bar. Very friendly and thoughtful server, food came quickly and it was delicious! We will definitely cover back here!

Best Sushi ever! No further words needed. Purely incredible. If you miss Ace Wasabi‘s Rock‘n Roll Sushi, you have missed one of the coolest spots in SF.

A very unpleasant service experience. Our waitress didn’t know the menu at all, was all over the place, forgot to bring some of our food and left us waiting for the check for way too long. Good sushi but not worth the braving the environment

Convinced 4 business colleagues to make the trek to Marina District so we could have dinner here. Great choice! Our server Sophie really looked after us well. We had a delicious selection of hot and cold dishes, washed down with great beer and cider. The...vine here is great, with music pumping, diners having fun and eating great food. The after sales service is awesome. I needed a tax receipt to claim work expenses, so used the well set up “Contact Us” form on their web site. Ken responded with our full receipt by email in minutes! Definitely bringing more people back againMore

Marina District
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful
backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to
the Marina. Originally the location for the
Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose
remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much
of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a
world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a
jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city.
