I make it a point to come out to eat here everytime I visit and it never disappoints, sangria is very tasty and the food is yum too. it is a fusion of flavors.

Had a girls trip stopped by for lunch. Had the Classico 😊 sandwich with the salad, my sister had the steak sandwich with plantains which were amazing should have got those instead.

Yet, it is true that their tapas are delish... the decor matches the locale in the Haight/Ashbury area...the sangria called for seconds .... and it fulfilled my theory that if a place is busy, it must be good. And it was. Definitely order the shrimp in some delicious sauce and use the french bread to sop it up. We like... More

The food was excellent. BBQ Chicken Quesadillas were my favorite along with the sangria. The Cajun shirimp was the favorite of the other ladies (I skipped it) and we all enjoyed the New Potatoes. Our server seemed a little unhappy almost to the point of annoyed. It was an extremely busy Saturday afternoon but it wasn't very welcoming.

I had the Cajun shrimp, my my was I amazed!! The flavored were bold, savory, spicy, just what you'd expect from a plate reading Cajun. My sister had the arroz con pollo, and it's as Cuban as you can get. I tasted it and man o man did I fall in love with it. The rice was moist, but properly... More

The vibe in this restaurant is very cool! It's delicious food and small and cozy. I had the paella which was spicy and delicious. The guacamole too had a bite to it...loved it!!! Would definitely go back and recommend.

We went here as guests of locals and found the tapas to be delicious and there was quite a selection. The pitcher of Sangria was delicious too. I think it was pricey, but can't confirm because I didn't pay. The music was too loud for my preference but I still really enjoyed the meal.

It's a funky place and fits with the neighborhood. Can be a bit loud but the food was good and the Sangria packs a punch! Was a little disturbed with the not so clean bathroom but overall a good experience and fun lunch with friends.

I am not a restaurant basher ( I own one in Sonoma County) but the service here was the worst I have ever had, Last Saturday I and 2 friends walked in and put our name down for a table. The wait was 40 minutes. We tried to order an appetizer in the bar as we were pretty darn hungry.... More

This restaurant is located right on Haight street near the Golden Gate Park Pan Handle. Many happening activities near by....take a short walk on Haight street and one can see die hard flower youngsters hanging out doing their own acts of entertainment. Cha Cha Cha food is very good Choices of full delicious plates, Tapas and tasty drinks like Sangria... More

Staying in Haight-Ashbury

Neighborhood Profile
The area surrounding the intersection of Haight and Ashbury streets, “The Haight” still exudes vibes of the 1960s counterculture as a haven for vintage clothes, music, pop posters and body piercing shops. While the Summer of Love ended decades ago, Haight-Ashbury has turned into a melting pot of hippies, hipsters, and professionals. Walking through its streets can still feel like stepping back in time. A must-see neighborhood for most music fans, it’s easy to see why these streets attracted the likes of the Grateful Dead and Janis Joplin. You’ll likely be content in The Haight day or night, just be sure to wear some flowers in your hair.
