This surprise stop on our trip ended up being our favorite meal! The chips and salsa were great (add the tomatillo sauce from the table) and the getting the tacos “nick’s way” were scrumptious. If you are looking for fast & casual Mexican food, this...More

Ate here with my family. Loved my grilled fish taco. Fresh and tasty. My daughter did not enjoy her burrito with fries inside, however the other 7 of us were very excited with our order.

Clean, bright restaurant with yummy food and speedy service. We had the chips and salsa, street tacos and a couple of burritos. Would return, if we didn’t live in the UK!

Stumbled upon Tacko's as it was close to our motel. We went for dinner and were overwhelmed by the quality, quantity, and great price in this little unassuming place. The food is incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the service is wonderful. I just wish I'd...More

Ordered the chicken taco “Mike’s way”. No flavor and came with an unexpected chicken bone. Sister ordered grilled fish taco and the fish flavor was too strong. Could not eat it. We basically dined on the chips/salsa.

After a long walk from the bridge, I was pretty hungry, and glad that this spot wasn't too crowded. I ordered the San Francisco Burrito, and it was pretty well made, didn't crumble when I was halfway through or anything along those lines. Also had...More

Jason, glad we satisfied your trans-bay appetite. I trust you didn't walk all the way from Seattle, but started at Vista Point on the Marin end of the Bridge. We'll look forward to your return anytime. Thanks for all the Stars. Chris, owner

Delicious option. We did not dine in, we did take out. The burrito variety is extensive and so yummy. Recommend the California burrito. Also recommend the quesadilla. It was unlike any we've tried but it was very good!

Marina District
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful
backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to
the Marina. Originally the location for the
Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose
remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much
of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a
world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a
jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city.
