We enjoyed a happy hour and a lunch. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. We actually had an Irish server when we had lunch!

We found this place walking back from a tour of the city. We had good food, friendly staff and great tunes playing. We came back for breakfast for the next 4 days.

We stayed in The Handlery Hotel, which is right next door to Lefty's. we went in one night, started talking to the young lady singing at the piano ( she was was Ireland, like my wife ) and before you know it we were all singing with her, and the beer certainly helped my singing! we had a wonderful night,... Nice atmosphire, and reasonably priced as Sanfrancisco prices go. However although the carvary food looked very attractive, it was disapointidly served very cold, even the gravy was insufficient to even slightly warm the meal.

My family and I had breakfast here daily on our June 2016 to San Fran. We loved the food and atmosphere. We're early birds,so we were in early and had great service and food. I personally enjoyed the sports bar atmosphere with old Motown hits.

Popped in for dinner here on our first night in SF. Prices are cheap but it is a kind of Carvery of Sunday roasts that you queue at a servery for. Food wasn't particularly good and waitress who served our drinks looked like a remnant of the 60's hippie period in SF. Lots of sporting memorabilia on the walls. Would... More

Went there tonight. Greeted by a miserable waitress who gave us the feeling she didn't want to serve us but was more than happy to take the gratuity!! Food was OK, basic, serve yourself cafeteria system. Excellent selection of beer. My only concern is that if the pipes for the beers are in the same state of the memorabilia -... More

A friend and I had a great brunch in a cozy booth. The veggie omelette was delicious, with roasted potatoes and fruit salad. Very generous portions
