Delicious hot dogs! The hard working lady at the kitchen is very nice and makes delicious sausages. The prices are fair.

Great little place for German sausage! The lady was super nice and friendly. Couldn't decide what to get so she helped me out. I ordered the Nuernberger bratwurst! Very tasty! Would definitely go back!

Let your guy choose and you end up eating at places you might never have chosen. I have to admit he did well. This place is the size of a walk-in closet and serves great, cooked-to-order sausages on a bun. They range from bratwurst to spicy, pork, duck, chicken and wild boar. We had the Wednesday special: Thai spicy chicken... More

Normally I don't like sausages, but people talked so good on my guide about this place that I had to tried it!! Really good quality of the meat and also tasty salsas!! You can go to the bar next door and have your sausages with beer and good music!! Definitely to repeat!! We loved it!!

Perfect place for after game or after bar place to eat. Only place where you get good vegan sausage.

Went here as next door to Toronado (fantastic craft beer bar) and pleasantly surprised, outside appearances can be deceptive! Great guy on service, highly recommend the beer sausage and the cheddar brat served with your choice of toppings and cooked in front of you. Worth a visit if in this part of town.

The place is basically a storefront with a guy behind the grill. You choose your sausage, he grills it, puts it a bun and you take it next door to Toronado and eat it while washing it down with a beer. I had the spicy Italian sausage and it was delicious. It was not one of those mass-produced links. If... More

We had a lot of hot dogs in USA But these are special Very good place for a afternoon sausage snack. Nice service. Good meat. If you like sausages come to this place. And eat the sausage with one of the beers in the bar next door. Nice cooperation to share sausage & beer at one place.

Staff was very rude! If you are not ready to order quickly or have any questions before ordering, don't go there!

Another great TA find!! Come grab a sausage and head next store for a beer. Great variety of sausages grilled while you wait. Fantastic home made potato salad. Don't forget a deli-style dill pickle and you will be good to go!!

Staying in Haight-Ashbury

Neighborhood Profile
The area surrounding the intersection of Haight and Ashbury streets, “The Haight” still exudes vibes of the 1960s counterculture as a haven for vintage clothes, music, pop posters and body piercing shops. While the Summer of Love ended decades ago, Haight-Ashbury has turned into a melting pot of hippies, hipsters, and professionals. Walking through its streets can still feel like stepping back in time. A must-see neighborhood for most music fans, it’s easy to see why these streets attracted the likes of the Grateful Dead and Janis Joplin. You’ll likely be content in The Haight day or night, just be sure to wear some flowers in your hair.
