We have been going here for years now. We love the stone pot that takes about 15 minutes to prepare. This food stall is open during the farmer's market on Saturday at the Ferry Building in San Francisco. The stone pot has the rice crisped...More

Regular exposure of more than 1 minute of 110 decibels risks permanent hearing loss. Unfortunately you cannot order, eat and leave Namu Gaji within 1 minute, so caveat emptor. But it's not just the jarring unbearable noise that makes this restaurant so unpleasant. Even lip...More

Namu Gagi is a Korean fusion restaurant. One that actually works. Often fusion is an excuse for odd and fancy ingredients (including offal) thrown together without regard to actual coherence and taste. Not so with this jewel of a restaurant. The food is inventive, but...More

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise. When you think hotpot you do not expect such a great experience. The food was delicious and the restaurant decor is very inviting.

Some of the best food I have eaten anywhere in the world - flavours and quality of ingredients is unbelievable - highly recommend the mushroom dumplings - if you are in SF you have to try this place

We visited primarily for the small plate menu. We had the delicious skirt steak, the dumplings (my favorite) and the arancini. We also got the large plate ramen chicken and wasn’t fond of it-too thin. Everything else was excellent!

Incredible venue, the interior design is spectacular. They were kind enough to host a group of 16 kids from Sprouts Cooking Club to cook and eat and the food was DELICIOUS! With impeccable mushroom dumplings and chicken seaweed tacos to die for, everything about Namu...More

Attractive décor and very pleasant server. We ordered Arancini, Hog Island Oysters, Lamb Tsukune skewers, Stonepot with Wagyu steak, and Okonomiyaki. All were very tasty, but quite pricey for what you get. For example, 4 oysters cost $16 and 2 relatively small lamb skewers cost...More
