We had the fish sandwich. It was everything you could want! The guy working there was very nice and attentive. We sat outside enjoying the great San Francisco weather and good!

Fresh calamari and fish n chips. Plenty to split between 2. It is reasonably priced and within a short walk to AT&T Park - home of the SF Giants.

Stopped in after the game(Giants baby!), good oysters and a bucket of beer.... good times on the 4th of July. Thank you!

Great for grabbing a bite to eat before the Giants Game. The burgers are good and so is the beer. Fun atmosphere that is by the park and not crowded before a game

The $1 oysters were fresh and cold but the fried calamari (served with a tangy-sweet dipping sauce) was too salty.

We were heading to AT&T Park and needed to grab a quick lunch before the game. We were short of time; we were in a hurry. Even though the bar was crowded and lots of folk were eating, we were served quickly. We were not expecting fine dining. The food is served in plastic baskets. But it was freshly cooked... More

Would I go back? Maybe. This was average at best. I agree with the other reviewers that there is a lack of organization. The first of evidence of this was upon entrance when I too did not know whether to wait to be seated or seat myself. I was told that I could sit anywhere. It was unclear who was... More

Staying in SoMa

Neighborhood Profile
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighborhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighborhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
