The service was friendly and accommodating. They do not have any vegan pasta options, everything had egg. But their pizza is very good and others enjoyed the pasta as well

I am a native from North Beach. Just returned home from an absolutely delicious dinner. I had the Buratta salad and Margherita pizza. My husband had the egg plant Parmesan. We both enjoyed the delicious meal and Chianti wine. Family run restaurant- 2 brothers and...parents from Luca. They nailed it. Can’t wait to go back. Grazie!!More
While it is COVID times and serving a great meal can be challenging, I can't say enough about how great our meal was. Incredible food combined with great service. I had the Bolognese and it was just fantastic.
The place is small with max 10 tables; it appears family run and the food was fantastic! We ate pastas - arrabiata, pomodoro, ravioli with cream sauce and all 3 of them were fantastic - so were the appetizers. I would strongly this place if...you're looking for an Italian meal while in Little Italy part of SF.More
Awesome food, beautiful authentic Italian flavors. Wonderful friendly family. Put this one on your list
The service of this place was absolutely wonderful. The warm welcome and the nice interior made it feel as if you were at home. The waitors made time to talk to all customers. One even went out of their way to run outside and assist...a former customer in taking a group photo of the restaurant, demonstrating an eye for detail and eagerness to help. The food was delicious, both starters, main course and dessert were made with love and an eye for detail. If you are planning on eating italian while in San Francisco, don't miss out on this gem!More
Visited here with someone who lives in San Francisco and describes it as his favourite Italian restaurant. I was doubtful but tried the gorgonzola and pear pizza and loved it!
The food at this small restaurant in excellent, especially the bolognese. Unfortunately can't say the same for the service. Perhaps the servers were less energetic because it was an unseasonably warm day, but 10 minutes to be offered a drink?
This gem of a restaurant was recommended to us by an employee at our hotel. Everything he said about it was true. It is family owned an operated, so welcoming and friendly. We felt like we had known them forever. There was old world ambience....The pasta was homemade, so fresh and delicious. This will be our new “go to” place in North Beach, which says a lot because we a,ways visit North Beach for the Italian food.More
I don't know what else to say. Little hole in the wall out side the main stream of North Beach. Fantanstic thin crust Roman style pizza. Very friendly staff worked hard to make the experieince as good as possible.
