Bobo's Burger Bar opens at 5pm each day on Lombard Street, and was, hands down, the best meal I had on my trip to San Francisco. The burgers are large and taste amazing, and the ambiance is just perfect. The interior is somewhat dark and...More
We've visited this place with friends while in SF on a trip. When we've arrived the menu was thrown front of us by a "gentleman" who did not even say hi and looked very grumpy and unfriendly. Then a lady came to take our drink...More
The service was excellent, but the burger seems to have been made by someone who never actually tried to eat it. Instead of a bun, they opted for a bread that was far too crusty around the edges, but fell apart in the middle. It...More
We had high expectations from reading these reviews but left feeling quite disappointed.
I ordered a BBQ and bacon burger which was initially served as a cheese burger with no BBQ sauce or bacon. After being returned to the kitchen it came back with BBQ...More
Visited Bobo's twice while in San Fransisco. Tried the traditional burger and the BBQ Burger. Both met expectations. Other in party had the Taco which also was good, they said. Service was good. Reasonable prices. Rather small place. Didn't try Bobo's Steak which is next...More
This little burger restaurant is just a rare find. The decor is in rich red colours with masks on walls & top of bar. We ate here a lot as it was close to our accommodation. There are various burger types, & what we had...More
We took the Bobo burger and the BBQ burger along with some crispy fries. Quality of the food was really nice! No negative points at this place! It was close to our hotel and if you like burgers you should really eat here!
Found this place with my wife on our way back to our hotel. Not like you would wxpect of a burger bar. Sumptuous seating, Deep red walls and Venetian ball masks above the bar area. The service was quick and the waiters efficient and friendly....More
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to the Marina. Originally the location for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city.
With the picturesque bay setting as its backdrop, it’s no surprise that the area has hosted numerous movie productions. Daytime activities focus on café culture and boutique shopping, while the evenings turn this neighborhood into a party-going hotspot.
