A wonderful array of food choices to cover every single dietary or cultural need. They only offer the breakfast buffet. Hot is $37.00 continental, the cold choices, $27.00. Thats it!.

This place is ridiculous, $34 for hot breakfast buffet and $27 for continental breakfast. If i didn't get breakfast included with my diamond membership I'd run. Tha food was mediocre, the atmosphere was rushed. Not a fan at all.

we had the worst breakfast ever at Urban Tavern. the egg white omelettes we ordered were watery. the bread and pastries were stale. there was one big pot of plain rice without condiments. who eat plain rice for breakfast? fruits were cut in hugh pieces. quality and presentation were below standard and disappointing. it was similar to institutional cafeteria food.... $27 for a continental breakfast buffet ($34 for limited hot choices) should have something special. You won't find that here. The bagels were not fresh, there were no berries, the melon wasn't ripe and was randomly cut into huge pieces. There servers should provide coffee, but we had to go to the server area to get our own when they... More

The buffet was good but nothing is worth the price they charge. 3 folks getting a buffet came to $108!

They offered Chinese/American breakfast at a reasonable upgrade ($10) to the hotel's complementary continental breakfast. This is quite OK for this price with the choice of selections. I would not try this everyday, however.

For several earlier trips, we stayed at the Hilton Union Square, and I had done lunch at Urban Tavern on most of those. Now, several years later, the focus seems to have shifted to breakfasts and the bar. The lunch menu appears to be smaller, and the execution of the remaining items are taking a backseat to the cocktails and... More

If you're staying in the Hilton Union Square, this is a nice buffet breakfast. Normal American options, with the ability to order eggs to your liking on the side, albeit for an extra $10.

I am already not loving this Hilton and, in fact, finding myself ready to make a decision to just ditch Hiltons altogether and stick with Marriott and Hyatt for the chains. As others have noted - the food is decent but whoa - expensive! Ridiculous - that's half my per diem allowance and I"ll be damned if I'm going to... More
