We went here every morning on vacation to get breakfast we could eat during am hikes. Great bagels and bagel sandwiches. Way to much cream cheese so we would order one with cream cheese and three without and just the extra to coat the rest. Very economical!

The blueberry pie, muffins and coffee cake were excellent. As a stickler for quality pie crust, I was pleased with the quality. It was not perfect (could have been a bit more flaky) but overall the pie was excellent. I would highly recommend this off-the-main-path bakery!

This is a great little place off the beaten path in Bar Harbor. There sandwiches are excellent and a great value. We are so glad that we found this place.

The counter staff here is amazing! I always get what I order promptly and usually with a smile. The baked goods are all delicious, but I adore their bagels and 'Pre Game' cookies.

We popped in here for a coffee and piece of pie after cycling on the carriage roads in Acadia NP. We couldn't have blueberry pie as "they are too warm to cut", but the strawberry & rhubarb pie was a revelation - who knew that it was such a delicious combination? Excellent coffee too. It seems that they make everything... More

Great food, lovely pastries and cookies and interesting quiche. It an be warm the way bakeries always are, but a cool quiet courtyard in the back is a great place to eat. In typical vacation mode, I was stunned when lunch for four people was $12 total. (Admittedly, we were ordering lightly.) Great affordable meal!

Morning Glory Bakery is always excellent for bagels and bread and sweet and savory lunches and snacks. Everything is wonderful and the ownership and employees are also the best.

We came here three times during our week long stay on MDI. We particularly loved the blueberry streusel, blackberry pie, and sticky buns. Everything was reasonably priced especially considering it's in a touristy area. We will be back!!

Set your alarm to get here early. They sell out quick and early. It is a tradition to come here when in Bar Harbor. LOVE!
