I hate to give a review because I want it to be hidden away for us BUT… WHAT A GREAT PLACE! Stopped in for a drink on a perfect 69 degree day and found a welcoming outside oasis with music, outdoor games, blankets if needed,...a drink window and more. Quite possibly my new favorite place here in bar harbor. Well done!!More

This was our favorite restaurant in Bar Harbor. We were able to get a table without any difficulty and loved the outdoor setting. Heaters and blankets available if needed. For our dinner we had: meat and cheese board, bruschetta, duck tacos and the chocolate pot...de creme to finish. It’s small plates mostly and you can keep ordering as you need to. Can’t say enough good things!!More
The food was good as usual, but our party of 5 was too large to sit inside so they said our only choice was outside. The did say we could eat inside at the bar, but then you can't really have a group conversation sitting...at a bar. The outdoor table had a heater just next to it, but the heat was minimal, and it was a chilly rainy evening so we froze, our food cooled too quickly, and the enjoyment we received just wasn't equal to the WAY expensive meal we had. Our waitress was efficient, but didn't qualify as nice at all. We stood up to leave and discovered it was raining pretty hard so we were summoning an Uber when she said we had to leave because they were sitting another party at our table. We had only been there for probably an hour. We had. planned to come back again during our 3 days in Bar Harbor, but at this price point we just can't do that. We have been coming back to this place for years. I guess for not being “too traditional “. We also liked small plates, creative menus and surprisingly good cocktails. Well… it did not happen this time. Cocktails were just ok and the food was nothing...special. Is that a new sheff ? A new bartender? A new manager, an owner? Not sure. We just hope they know they lost their way and are working on changing things around.More

Delicious meal in a beautiful garden terrace setting. The wait staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The restaurant is near downtown and on the main street but quiet with a lovely garden pond.
We went here as a family on our last night in town and it was just lovely to sit back and unwind from the daily hikes and outdoor adventures. The staff was lovely suggesting just the right thing for all of us. The plates are...smaller tasting style but the options are very yummy.More
This is the best restaurant in Bar Harbor. The atmosphere is so inviting with a lovely patio, little bar and cozy seating. The staff is kind and really want you to have a great experience. The food was very unique, fresh and tasty. Items that...I would highly recommend: 1) Oysters Rockefeller- with fennel and herbs. So light and delicious 2) Bone Marrow 3) Grilled Artichokes 4) Mussels 5) Chocolate Pot De Creme They have a lovely cocktail menu and full bar. Highly recommend for dinner.More

I booked this place ahead of time based on their dog friendly patio and menu as I am on an autoimmune protocol diet which is quite restrictive so figured I could have some plain meat. This restaurant went above and beyond. from the moment we...walked in, the hostess was a complete sweetheart and massively helpful. Our waiter truly went above on my dietary restrictions and even brought out a list of each dish to accomodate me. This never happens and I can barely eat out because of how unaccomodating places can be. Not to mention the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD and a real treat.More
Great music, good ambience and decor, lovely staff and even better food. Everything came quickly and was delicious. Sit outside for the best experience. Mix of middle eastern and south american cuisine. A good choice for anyone.

Loved our server and the cozy environment. dishes we great and the oysters were fantastic. We got the trout dip, scallops, duck tacos, lamb meatballs and the Brussel/kale salad. All great! Highly recommend.
