Service is Outstanding and my family and I enjoy the environment. We make it a point to have dinner at least once a week at the Hagatna Facility. Elmer is our best server and we compensate him well. If you want a great Salmon Asia salad, this is a place to go.

Always a consistent type of environment and menu flavors. The local menu is amazingly great. My favorite is the RIB.

We went there August 4, 2016 and everything went well. We ordered an appetizer the one that has wings, potatoes, and mozzarella sticks on it and 2 plates of new york strips. It was amazing. :) We ordered a pina colada too to end that dinner. Must try and will definitely go back.

Ribs were not prepared fresh and warmed up. And even didn't stay warm until they reached our table. French fries just bad. Atmosphere like eating in a busy train station. I don't have any idea why our "Consierge" recommended us this place.

Our food was good and the waiters were very friendly! The place is pretty crowded (it was a Friday night). We ordered flier medallions medium rare- but they were pretty raw- so we sent them back (the staff encouraged us to ensure they were cooked to our liking). The rice pilaf was actually sticky rice and my toddlers milk had... More

The restaurant is located in the hotel (Royal Orchid Hotel) I stayed during my Guam trip. We have a celebration for our marathons that night. We order some appetizer, a steak with medium well, and some drinks plus salad for 3 of us. The service is nice and we don't have to wait for the table at around 7:30 PM.... More

Celebrated mom's birthday at Tony Roma's. The ribs and artichoke dip was fantastic. The pasta was a bit bland. Service crew were fantastic and accomodating. Overall experience was very good and restaurant is recomeneded.

The table was a bit crowded and the wait long due to the crowds but the food was tasty as expected. It's a popular place so it might be a long wait to get a table.

This use to be a place where my family and I would eat. The food is good, but the wait time is always extremely slow. Sometimes, even with the long serving time, there is still something wrong with your order. If they can just get this right, this place would be a favorite. So, if you in a hurry or... More

Great ribs and my favourite, onion loaf - sliced onions in a kind of batter deep fried in a loaf shape. Delicious. Meals are big so possible to share. Service was good
