Always recommending this place to visitors because of the spectacular view at the glass walls, overlooking sunset encompassing the vast range of Tumon beach hotels at the top floor of Nikko. The unique charm of this restaurant is if one is seated beside the glass wall, one can see clearly even the corals & seaweeds under the beach water. So... More

My favorites are the dimsum, sesame balls, soups and scrambled egg with shrimp. The view of Tumon Bay is awesome. A great place for Chinese food.

Sometimes they are too busy so I recommend making reservations. They are not chap but they are definitely the best decent Chinese restaurant in Guam.

great views of the beach and Pacific Ocean. Delicious food and great presentation. A wide range menu including a great wine list, the only place to improve is customer service and time taken to deliver. All the potential to become No.1 in Guam.

First, the air conditioning in the restaurant; it was really cold. And the food we ordered came in tiny plates with small portions. I expected to get a bit more with the price we paid. The food was also very salty. The best dish I would say was the corn soup as the appetizer, which would give you an idea... More

Toh Lee is located on the top floor of the Nikko Hotel and is the restaurant to go for the view of Tumon Bay and the Chinese Lunch Buffet. Great ambiance, service and nice selection of dim sum and other Chinese dishes. Good value at lunch but can be very expensive for dinner.

Toh Lee has great Chinese food selections, and I especially enjoyed their Dim Sum selections. Being located on the top floor of Nikko Hotel, you can enjoy the view while eating excellent Chinese dishes.

This is truly one of the best and most romantic restaurant spaces on island. The view is splendid, and the huge top-floor space has oodles of potential. Sadly, the space is wasted on a lackluster, overpriced, and poorly-managed hotel food outlet. This is mediocre chinese fare delivered in fits and starts by a poorly-trained staff. It's a first rate room... More

You come here for the view. The food is not worth the price. Honestly you can get better quality elsewhere. The view is really nice. There is a bar there and you can get the same view at the bar and eat elsewhere.

We had a sunset dinner there overlooking Tumon Bay. Apart from the sunset view on the 16th floor, the restaurant really doesn't have much to offer. The food is certainly not gourmet and is overpriced compared to others on the island. We wished the place would offer more international cuisine and not just Chinese, as the target tourist patrons are... More
