I use to come here most days for a coffee (very good). The views across Tumon bay are amazing. After my coffee I used to then snorkel in the bay. You can hire snorkelling gear from the hotel aqua sports shop.

Deep Blue Midnight I think it was their seafood night . The assorted bread station and salsa is awesome . The cold dishes are good. I like the beef bordon stew . The French style brown sauce string beens . Good service , fast nice staff . Great selection . Good wine dessert . Worth your time .

Their food was OK....it's a Hilton buffet after all....the meats were hit or miss....pork was a bit dry but OK, beef was atrocious, pasta was good, pizza was (oh my gosh is that actually broccoli on pizza? - disguisting), deserts were actually good.....the problem we had was the sign that attracted us said $19.95 buffet.....it turned out to only be... It is in the Hilton hotel, serving different cuisine of buffet everyday. We tried mediteranian food one night, and the food are quite delicious.

Food quality and choices below standard for a Guam high-end hotel buffet. Definitely over-rated. Deserts were best part of menu, which is revealing in itself.

I live in Guam so I used to go there on my lunch break. Ever since they got a new FB director this place is getting worse. They keep getting rid of menu and today was the worst. - They no longer have tempura and hibachi station which is very disappointing. - This lady at cashier saw us but did... More

I ate breakfast at this restaurant 3 times over a 2 week business trip. The variety of food and freshness justified the 27.50$ price tag. The fusion of American, Chamorro, and Japanese foods made for an awesome variety for the pallet. The servers were attentive and polite to me as I arrived, enjoyed my meal, and departed. If you are... My Wife and 3 year old son came here for breakfast during our quick staycation. They said the selection was good and the service was friendly as well. We were offered complimentary breakfast due to my Hilton Diamond status. It was nice to be offered this and be able to take breakfast in the restaurant instead of just in the... More

Staff is friendly,,,especially May the bartender, but all in general were too. Everyone is very attentive. The food isn't anything to write home about, not bad, not great. I had a club sandwich once and it was okay. I also had the spaghetti and it tasted exactly how I would have expected a Filipino to make it. Now I'm sure... More

Years ago, this was one of the best restaurants on Guam, with a respected German chef. After the chef was replaced, I had heard this buffet restaurant had declined sharply in quality, but came back recently for "French bistro" night. Canned snails on mushy bread rounds, duck "a l'orange" broken into small pieces without a hint of orange sauce, and... More
