We grabbed a few flakey pastries from this mom and pop shop and took them to beach. These were melt in you mouth great.

A wonderful neighborhood bakery with delicious pastries, cakes, breads and rolls. Don't be put off by the exterior or slightly bumpy parking lot. Great donuts (glazed, chocolate topped), napoleons (cut in small squares so you can try to eat just one and feel healthy!), long johns, and for the kiddies (keiki) half-hot dogs encased in a yummy little long bun... This little store doesn't look like anything from the outside. In fact I was a little apprehensive to go in. I'm so glad I did. This bakery is awesome. The butter buns and donuts are the best ever. The custard Danish and the little pastry with cream and chocolate are to die for! Also tried the buns with a sausage... More

My wife and I sampled some of their pastries in May 2016. They were quite tasty, in particular the delicate, flaky crust Napoleons. The custard filled Long Johns were quite nice too and surprisingly light. Skip the Danish though. Based on previous reviews, we inquired about their chocolate Eclairs, and were told that they do not, nor have ever, served... More

Stumbled by accident upon this little bakery, driving along the shore of West Oahu. First of all! This is sugar and white flour country, do not expect fine patisserie or fermented whole wheat doughs here. The place looks well used and could use updating, yes. But the owners Kim and John, are a very nice and funny couple, very generous... More

The owners were so kind! Butter rolls were good but more for lunch/dinner, the glazed donuts with chocolate dollop yummy, the long eclair looking thing with filling was soo good, bit the square flaky thing with dollop of chocolate is to die for. The owners so sweet! They even threw in a few things for us to share/try. Would def.... More

My mom used to bring me here when I was a kid. They had the best chocolate eclairs ever! It was called Miles Bakery back then. I went back in September, and it's sad to say I would not/will not return. The place is very old and run down. The pasteries/doughnuts are not good at all. I was very disappointed... More

We spent days looking for this place, it is not easy to find!!!! We eventually had to call them to find it, our GPS could not find it, turns out we drove by it every day many times. After all the hype we were disappointed, the special chocolate pie was quite a disappointment, the other things were OK but not... More

I read about this place and it was near where we were staying, so we tried it. It was not that easy to find using this address on Trip Advisor. A better address is 87-1650 Farrington Hwy, Waianae, Oahu. The butter rolls are what I call small dinner rolls. I had one to see what all the hype was about,... More

We had the pigs in the blanket and glazed donut with chocolate on top. My wife had the apple turnover. All were very good and the owners were very friendly.
