Wow! The food here is so good we got dinner 3 nights! The noodles...oh the noodles! First and best were the Moringa noodles with Moringa sauce and Lechon. I don't know what the flavor is, but it's delicious! One portion served 2 of us dinner,...with some left for breakfast. Then Avocado noodles with shrimp and garlic butter. Yum! Finally we got the short ribs with mashed potatoes for a change, and it was good, just not spectacular like the noodles. Also a huge portion. We also caved and got a piece of Macadamia nut cheesecake to share - OMG so good! Lucky it was the 3rd night or we would have had it every night!More

We ordered the meals of short Ribs and barbecue brisket. Our food was delicious. We were surprised it was takeout only and had to wait as they cook everything to order. If we had more time we would definitely get food there again

My husband and I recently visited Adela's Country Eatery during the week of April 5 - April 9 2021. Aside from the food being delicious, and plentiful, the lady who took our order was super friendly and welcoming. I'm a sucker for customer service, and...her customer service exceeded what I have ever encountered at any restaurant. She was truly sweet, patient and very welcoming. The portion was about 2-3 serving depending how much you eat. And the taste was very authentic! Highly recommended and I will definitely visit this place again in the future when I go back to Hawaii. By the way...my husband who's a vegan also loved the food! She took care of him and made sure his food was made right.More

I had the number two with shrimp. So tasty and so much food. Wish we would have found this place before our last day! There would have been a ton of leftovers. My husband's stuff chicken looked yummy. He didn't want to share! Can't wait...to return to try out more dishes.More

We have been to Adela's twice and both meals were exceptional. We went with daily specials and could not have been more impressed. The home made vegetable based pasta is a must. The portion sizes are huge. We shared one dish and it was plenty....The Lillikoi cheesecake on a shortbread crust is 5 star.More

We heard about Adelaʻs from a friend and decided to try it. Service, on point and friendly. Easy to order, wait a bit but expected when food is being cooked at order. We ordered the ulu pasta with alfredo sauce and eggplant as well as...the fried chicken. The pasta was extraordinary and would definitely order again. The chicken, was a huge disappointment. Considering that everyone was raving about it, made it even more sad for us. It was dry, overcooked and we did not get the sauces ordered and paid for. Will we go back, yes, if in the area and for the pasta.More

The food was delicious!!! And the staff are incredibly friendly. I had the taro pasta with shrimp, mushrooms and coconut sauce. Husband had the green noodles with crispy pork and coconut sauce. They were very accommodating with my dairy allergy and made the coconut sauce...without cream. The pasta is amazing. Seating inside is small. The portions are massive. I only wish there were more vegetables with the noodles. We ended up taking our left overs home and reheated it with more mushroom and spinach. Definitely recommend this place.More

Super Good. My first time here and the pasta is outstanding. Got the Florentine sauce on avocado pasta. Nice green to it. Has them put the seafood separately. For two dishes it must have weight 4 pounds. Lots of food. Great workers. New favorite place....PmMore

Just amazing! Owners are very humble and kind. They were especially courteous to the children in our group. 4 adults and 3 children. They were very accommodating since there was no seating left in the small dining area. We were given the chef table for...which even though seemed odd gave us a different experience. The food was amazing. They make their own pastas and I very much enjoyed the malungan pasta which was spicy but deliciously spicy. Local eats and Asian food was amazing. The dish will feed you for 2 meals. You have to try them out!!!!! The children were given a rainbow jello dish to snack on while the food was being prepped. Very tropical tasteMore

OMG! This place is amazing, and the food is incredible. I am GF and although most of the "plate lunches" had shoyu, they just kept saying they would make it work for me. We had the butter shrimp (essentially scampi-but the best I have ever...had) and it was amazing. One portion was enough for the two of us. Unfortunately, we couldn't try any of the special pastas as they all had wheat, but other patrons said they were great. We are definitely going to return here on our next trip to Hawaii.More
