I wish I could find french toast this good in the continental US! You can tell Moke's is going to be delicious by the wait times, but it is absolutely worth it. You'll not regret any decision, and the place is very kid friendly!

They are located on the Kailua- Windward side of Oahu- only about a 15-20 minute drive through the Pali Hwy. Have to head here for their great breakfasts-- head out early before the traffic and crowds appear-- they open at 7a.m. daily. We arrived there by 8a.m. after locating a spot on the street. There was a steady stream of... More

Never disappoints! A friend introduced it to me first, then I've been bringing new friends and family because this is the best breakfast here!

We came here to try the Lilokai (sp?) pancakes, and were satisfied. Our server was a friendly Southern gentleman with high-spunk. The food was good, and the service was better. Would've liked to have different flavors of toppings for the pancakes besides only passion fruit (ie vanilla, strawberry etc) Value was decent for Hawaii standards. Worth a visit.

I was so excited to try their famous Lilikoi pancakes, but unfortunately I was very underwhelmed!! The basic pancakes were cold and tough and the Lilikoi sauce was very heavy and sweet! My spouse fared better with his omelette and hash browns! The hash browns were very crispy and not greasy! Service was also great, but again those famous pancakes,... More

In Kailua there are a few breakfast joints and it seems they've agreed to specialize in different pancake styles. An overrated place in town specializes in macadamia nut pancakes, another place does guava pancakes, and Moke's does lilikoi pancakes. My wife had those and they were pretty good. I had the homestyle breakfast which was two eggs, white rice, french... More

There is something very charming about the ambience at what used to be this sleeper breakfast place. Service is very good from the friendly waiters/waitresses who go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. The menu has a limited selection but the items will satisfy. The generous omelets are my favorite, although sharing the Lilikoi sauce pancakes amongst... More

Awesome breakfast. Try the rabbit moco, you won't be disappointed. I've tried other menu items but that was by far the best. I've also heard great things about their grilled biscuits. The wait can be long so try to get there early. :)

Excellent Breakfast & locals' hangout. We went here by recommendation of a cousin who lives in the area. She recommended the Lilikoi (passion fruit) Pancakes - WOW! We split an order of the Lilikoi Pancakes and the Eggs Benedict - both excellent and the service was wonderful. The dark roast coffee was excellent as well. Really nice place if you're... More
