With so many great places to eat at in Kailua, some can have a small selection of really good vegetarian options or just "salad" as their vegetarian option. Aloha Salads is more than just salads. I've had their caprese sandwich before but on this visit I ordered The Goddess salad. The papaya and avocado were so fresh (not mushy and... More

Really enjoyed the fresh beet salad with goat cheese. Added chicken and it made for a perfect size lunch. Price was not outrageous for the area. Everything was very fresh and the citrus dressing was delicious.

We found this place on the way to nearby Kailua Beach, looking for a healthy picnic lunch. I had the shrimp and salad with sprouts and vinaigrette and my wife had a steak wrap. Delicious! Fresh! Great service too.....

Ate here after an adventure at Kailua Kayaking Tours. We received a voucher as part of our kayaking package. We received great service along with a great sandwich. Since much of the food on the island is heavy this was a great treat for a light lunch. If you get a chance stop in and enjoy great food and great... More

Aloha , this is possibly the best salad available in its class. Fresh with a choice of multiple ingredients . I have never had a bad salad here. the portions are enough to fill you. Always fast and easy, parking can be rough at times but for the most part not a problem. This is a regular stop when in... More

This restaurant is a salad focused place done in kind of a Chipotle style, where you pick what you want or chose a pre mixed option that was made fresh. I had a spinach, berry nut and goat cheese salad. It was good and quite healthy.

Curried quinoa salad is so good I have trouble getting to anything else on the menu...but then for me it used to be the humus pita wrap, so at least I have branched out a little! Both are excellent, for the salad you can choose dressing on the side as their standard or tossed light, regular or heavy. I like... More

I love aloha salads! They use fresh ingredients and have great dressings. The aloha passion with steak is one of my all time favorites and a new favorite is the beet salad.

Wonderful selection of unusual and tropical themed salads and sandwiches. Always busy, but has a few indoor tables and also has some seating outdoors on the sidewalk. Good value. Popular for take-out.

We needed to get a quick lunch and this was the best place. I ordered the Healthy Combo. You can choose a 1/2 sandwich with soup or salad. I chose the pastrami sub with a salad. My salad was very large. The sandwich was rather small but flavorful. You also get some pita bread to go with your salad. Not... More
