My 8 yr. old daughter and I came across this quaint and elegant spot. I used a Groupon to purchase Princess Heather's tea for two service. The atmosphere was lovely and so was the service. We learned some of the menu services were named after the owners lovely daughters. This place is very cute and a definite must when you... More

Beautiful Tea room and friendly expert service. The food was very well presented and we were looked after with care. Items on sale were good quality.

I visited A Cup of Tea with a group of my daughter's friends and their moms. We thought it would be fun to have tea, then walk down the street to take a tour of Moana Chocolate Factory. Since we had a large group we opted to reserve the private room. Unfortunately, when you reserve this room you can only... More

This was our second visit. We went to this tea room shortly after it opened and did not have a very good experience. Parking can also be a real pain. However, they offered a Groupon so we thought we would try it again. The service was bumbling and unprofessional. We had a reservation but they had trouble finding it because... More

It's true - we arrived without a reservation and in shorts (it is Hawaii, and we stopped on a whim when we saw the place). However, the place still had plenty of empty tables, and it was mid-afternoon - i.e., prime afternoon tea time. We were asked what we wanted before we were seated. Actually, they looked at us funny,... More

Large group 20+: private rom. Nice Christmas ambiance and it is VERY girly so men keep out. But the food was awful. Cheddar broccoli soup was cheddar WATER with a couple teeny pieces of broccoli. UGH. The sandwiches were wonder bread--wheat and white--doghy crappola withBARELY anything IN them--all de-crusted and served on tiered trays. BUT TASTELESS. Vegi, Ham, and curried... More

We went by there after dinner at Assagio to buy some ice cream. They had a party going with tons of families and kids, seriously crazy. Nevertheless, they made the effort to serve us and got us ice cream. I was just amazed by the kindness.
