The fish is so fresh you are eating what they caught that day! And you can tell. The poke was outstanding and they had a good variety. It costs approximately $17.99 per pound. It sounds expensive but you don't eat a pound at a time so it runs around $8-10 per serving. Ask for the rice on the side of... More

Don't be turned away by the rather rundown exterior, this place has some of the best poke you can find anywhere. It is really fresh and they have some great flavors. Not the cheapest poke you will find, but I like to think that I am paying for quality.

If you like poke you have to stop here. It's a little store with all kinds of stuff but their poke is the best on the north shore For Pokemon south shore I recommend ahi assasins close to university - look them up! 3 different styles of poke to choose from at kahuku superette is not a lot but enough.... Not fancy, but has those little things you forgot to bring and need if you're staying at Turtle Bay.

Husband and I were on a search for islands best (and eat as much poke as possible) and this place was suggested by a local. Did not disappoint! We stuffed our faces and on our way we went. This is a convenience store. Also, lots of cool local candies and drinks. Nowhere to sit that we saw? Poke was a... More

Don't let the outside of this superette fool you - they are serving up some terrific poke from this popular beach based spot. This convenience store has basics, but it's poke sure isn't so - if you're heading to the beach of coming from it - be sure to pull in and get your poke on!

We stopped in to grab some poke to go as well as some drink fixins. We felt like we'd already eaten a lot of rice on the trip, so we skipped it and just got a container of poke, straight up. Quality of the fish seemed very good, it had great flavor, and although not cheap it was absolutely a... More

Not in the greatest location and not at all swanky, but if you love poke this is the place for you. Many different types to chose from and the staff is very nice. We took our and headed up the road to enjoy it at a beach spot. Ask for chopsticks and napkins, grab some drinks, and get a little... More

Best poke bowl in the middle of nowhere. Go to the back and pick your poke, give the girl your tray and she'll scoop it over warm rice!

I learned about this place in the Hawaiian Airlines "Hana Hou" magazine and HAD to check it out. The shoyu poke WAS SO GOOD! I live in town, but my wife and I want to head out to Kahuku again just for this!
