staff looked bored and into their conversations and visitors like us just seemed to be a bother, too bad. the location was awesome and we greatly enjoyed the local ferrel chickens running around our feet - a wonderful outdoor experience. this is a glorified truck cafe that is permanently stationed to draw in people driving by. The food was as... More

Stopped here for breakfast/lunch. My husband had the banana pancakes and I had the Maui Maui sandwich with black beans. Beans weren't very flavorful but the pancakes and sandwich were amazing. Decent value- would go again.

Great location next to Sharks Cove. Stop in early, have an Acai bowl, rent your gear next door, and cross the street for some beautiful snorkeling. Great lunches as well. Big portions, reasonable prices.

Mark from Happy Trails (which is like a mile away) recommended us to go here for lunch. We had ahi with salad and beans and rice. It was an awesome, simple, flavorful lunch. Reasonably priced as well! This is like a food truck with a tented area you can eat. Nothing fancy, but just the sort of local spot my... More

The food was pretty good, even better I think because we were starving!! It's a glorified food truck with a permanent location. The service was slow but they were really busy and after all we were all on Hawaii time. It's not too bad waiting for food in paradise! There's a couple cute shops next door and a bathroom across... This place was recommended by our hosts so I was looking forward to trying it. They didn't really have a big menu but all their food looked pretty good. I was disappointed. Was given two small pieces of chicken, which didn't cover the whole bun. I had some bun leftover.. Fries were actually good size but pretty plain. I wouldn't... More

This place has a counter to order, then canopied picnic table seating. Right across from the Shark's Cove snorkel site with unobstructed views of the ocean. We ate here a few times the week we spent on the North Shore, not only for the convenience, but it's exactly what you need to fully experience the laid back lifestyle that Hawaii... More

Decent, nothing to write home about, a good option if you are nearby and in the mood for hot food. The kabobs are tasty but not that filling. Sandwich/burger options are decent, they taste like fresh-grilled Costco patties. But after playing in the ocean for a while, the burgers (on tasty taro buns) are very good eating. The place definitely... More

We stopped in while touring the island and stopped at Sharks cove. Kinda scary looking with chickens walking all around. On tables and such. But when you are on the island, do as they do right? The food was pretty good and price was ok. Service was good

This food truck offers a lot of tasty, healthy items, including ahi skewers, which I had. They were well-prepared and fresh. It's open until 8:30, which is late for some food trucks. Plenty of tables to eat at and enjoy the view of the beach. The food preparers were friendly and willing to customize the order a bit. I ate... More
