View can’t be beat-waterfront in a quiet part of Lahaina. Service may be a bit slow but what’s the hurry in a place like this? Food was very good, price reasonable. Good selection of breakfast foods plus full bar. We would go there again.

Breakfast and more

Happy volcano breakfast Which was a lot of food. It's reasonably priced and a quiet and cozy location. Below off beat road in shopping location.

Closed permanently

Just visited yesterday and discovered Lahaina Luna Cafe has closed permanently as of Aug 30 2019. A handwritten sign says they are working on a “new concept.” Anyone know what happened?

Hidden gem

Had the chicken teriyaki. It was delish. The chicken was tender and seasoned well. The Mac potato salad was also outstanding.

Fish tacos!

My husband and I just flew in to Maui and we found this place within walking distance from our Airbnb. It was AMAZING! The fish tacos were the best I’ve ever had, and the staff is super friendly. We will definitely be returning!

Korean beef tacos!

On front Street. Order at the counter. Great Korean beef tacos, Teri chicken bites and tree house salad. The fish taco was bland.

What I needed!

This is exactly what I was looking for and oh boy did it satisfy.....not those commercial tourist type restaurants by the resorts. Found this on yelp as I was eyeing where to eat on Front street. I was craving good local eats. This is a...delicious gem of a place, only outdoor seating. But you are in Maui so enjoy the outdoors. The food was so tasty, good portions and price points, service was superb they guy at front was kind and friendly (order at counter service type spot). When I come back, this place will be on my list.More

A great little place

Stopped in to see what the lineup in the area was all about and decided to give this little gem a try. We had the tacos (one fish & one Korean Beef) and were pleasantly surprised. Great food and great people.... Make sure to have...a shaved ice next door.More

Farm to Table to My Mouth! Yummy!

Asian Fusion with super fresh ingredients. What a find! I guess they keep costs down cuz you have outdoor seating in front of their service counter/kitchen. If you want good eats without the fancy table service (and cost), this is your place in Lahiana!

Best Fish Tacos

Best fish tacos have ever had! Went back 4 times during my visit for the tacos! Been craving them every day since I've returned home.

Wanted to like it but didn’t

Had great ratings so I was excited to try it. Very disappointed! Ordered Korean Beef which has so much fat on it that it was not good at all. The Mac salad was tasteless and the scoop of white rice was dry as can be....My husband had the Fish tacos. They were just OK for $15 for (2) of them! Would not recommend this place and will not be going back there again. However do try Pi Artesian Pizza Place! excellent, fresh food!More

Relaxing lunch spot

Family stopped for lunch. Location is perfect, tucked back from main drag so if you have younger ones they can have room to explore while safely away from the street. Right next to shaved ice too. Food was yummy, I had the teriyaki style burger...and my husband had the fish tacos (very fresh). Great if you’re walking around Lahaina.More

Great place to it in DT Lahaina

It was referred to us by a friend, they have very good Fish Tacos, and AMAZING Fish and Chips. Usually I avoid Fish and Chips as it ends up very oily, but this place has an amazing fish, and their garlic fires are good as...well. It is also conveniently located within downtown Lahaina, and very cheap for a good bite.More

No. For good loco moco in Lahaina at good price, try Local Foods at 222 Papalua (not far from Front St). It's a hole in the wall. Another place is Aloha Mixed Plate on North end of Front St. On the beach with great view.
