Cute little spot for dessert in Lahaina. I had the ube ice cream which was delicious and oh so adorable with the cookie and edible googly eyes (mo'o).

We stop here for the unique island flavors on every trip to the island. The Hawaiian flavors not avaialble at home are a real treat.

They had sugar free shave ice which allowed me to try this local treat. Wish they had more flavors available but the Strawberry and Pineapple were good. Had part of a cookie which was OK. Wife had the regular shave ice on top of ice...cream and reported it was good and refreshing in the afternoon warmth.More

Came here after shopping in LaHaina for a treat and it was delicious! The kids got snow cones and the moms got kona coffee ice cream. We all loved everything we had! The ice cream was so full of flavor and good. Walked right across...the way and sat under the banyan tree while we ate and avoided the SunMore

We spent a week in Maui and we ate ice cream at this place at least 8 times. Maybe it’s the setting but we thought it was the best ice cream we have ever eaten. The purple yam, the pineapple coconut, the Kona coffee and...the mud pie were so good. Service was excellent and very friendly. If I go back to Maui, this will be our first stop.More

Friendly faces and great ice cream make this the logical stopover in Haina, especially since you can enjoy your ice cream under the Banyan tree (the second largest in the world).

Very friendly staff! Great flavors and they were kind with the samples! The banana macadamia nut was amazing. Tasted like a Banana Laffy taffy.

We were walking down Front street in Lahaina and wanted to get a treat so we popped in to get some ice cream. Our girls (5 & 7) wanted Vanilla ice cream + a Chocolate Chip cookie. I was going to get a milkshake, but...once I saw the cute presentation (with the eyes), I decided to get the ice cream and a cookie but I got the Banana Macadamia Nut ice cream. I am glad I did because the ice cream by itself was some of the best ice cream that I have had. It was very rich and creamy and had great banana flavor and the cookie was nice and soft just the way I like it. The girls loved theirs also and it was a perfect treat on a warm day as we sat and ate it under the Banyan tree. The guy who was working there was very nice and courteous. I highly recommend making a stop here.More

Although we are in the same location, BanyanTreats is an ice cream shop on the ground floor of the Pioneer Inn building, facing Front Street. Because the original Pioneer Inn was built during sailing days, the entrance and lobby face Wharf Street (the water).
