It's true aloha off the beaten path. I went for the traditional Hawaiian plate, got a local craft beer, and saved room for the banana haupia...no regrets. Everything tasted like it was made right for the backyard BBQ gathering for Ohana Sundays. I loved every last bit and of course recommend eating outside by the water to hear the waves... More

The views were great and service was nice, but the food was just amazing. Everything on the signature dish of Aloha Mixed Plate was delicious. Prices were reasonable and the happy hour mai tai was a great value at only $3.75. One of my favorite meals on the island.

My husband and I stumbled upon this little gem one afternoon for lunch. They have outdoor bea ch front dining with very cheap prices and super food! My husband had the mushroom sandwich and I had the poke and a local salad. All were excellent. Refreshing old school dining in Lahaina!

The prices here are good, especially when you consider the fabulous view off the patio. We had the pork sandwich, saimin noodles. Both decent. Mai Tai's not nearly as good as they were a few years ago - definitely watered down. Came back for breakfast on the way to the airport. The french toast was very good, made out of... More

Opens a bit late for us, 8 am, but a short wait and we were in. The omelettes were a bit dry, the home fries a bit greasy, but the ocean view made up for it. We didn't try lunch or dinner here.

While in Ka'anapali we ate at AMP several times and the food was always very good. The service is very friendly and the Mai Tai's are super ono! I recommend AMP for a nice casual dinner while in West Maui.

The mixed plate with the beef, fish, and chicken is SO good and definitely worth trying! View of the beach is also great.

Food not as savory, portions not as big, waitstaff not as friendly or efficient. We come same time each year since 2011. Disappointed this time around, unfortunately.

True Hawaiian food and a beautiful view at a reasonable cost. My husband had the hamburger mixed plate with mushrooms, macaroni salad and rice. It was delicious and big ! I had the slow roasted pulled pork sandwich with fries which was terrific. The may tai's were great. You could tell it wasn't a mix. Really fresh tasting. Seating is... More

In the early days of the sugar plantations, lunch was a simple affair. Plantation workers gathered in the fields for their mid-day meal. The Japanese laborers would bring teriyaki beef with rice and pickled vegetables. Seated next to them might be their Filipino neighbors with the traditional dish adobo or perhaps a pork or chicken stew. The Koreans had their kalbi or marinated ribs and the Chinese a rice noodle and vegetable dish called chow fun. Hawaiians were known for their kalua pig, roasted in an underground oven called an imu. It wasn't long before they began to share their foods with one another and the "mixed plate" was born. Aloha Mixed Plate features true "Local" traditional plate lunches with open air seating directly on the ccean. We are open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
