We have just come home from a short holiday in Maui and while there we visited Kimo's a number of times and each time we were very impressed by their service and quality of yummy foods ;) They had awesome Pupu's with fresh raw tuna and avocado plus the loco moko (I hope that's right word for local fish), but... First of all, outstanding View! Second a great Mai Tai! Third, Food Coma! Everything is Hawaii casual and open air! This is our third visit and I hope we have more in the near future! They offer several different fresh fish, and each in it's own delectable preparation. The salads in Hawaii are awesome because the ingredients are home grown... More

We went there for dinner near sunset. The patio bar has a great view of the ocean and was full of people taking photos. The menu was a nice selection of reasonably priced and tasty items. I had Kalua pork wraps that were delicious. The wait was not overly long (30 minutes).

Part of a group of restaurants. Kimos is a Maui favorite of mine, With some notice and agreement to arrive early got a great table, by the upstairs rail looking right at the ocean, for a family dinner of 6 adults and 4 kids . Servers were very patient with the kids as well as us. Good food with preparation... More

By far our favorite place on Maui. Great Mai Tai's, fish and sunsets. Have to try the Hula Pie as well. Make a reservation for about 45 minutes before sunset and ask for a table on the outside. Highly recommended!

Great service and exceptional prime rib! The carrot muffins and hula pie are the bomb! Great place to take friends visiting Lahaina. Make reservations ahead of time for good seating.

Uncle Willie K with Avi Ronen are absolutely fantastic! Strong vocal and showmanship from Willie K and incredible instrumental skill by both he and Avi. Solid bottom with journeyman bassist and drummer whom I don't know by name, but are solid as rocks. These guys really cook!

The restaurant had a very "beachy" atmosphere (made to look like a ship). We sat outside with a table at the balcony and watched the sunset, so that was fantastic. The bar service was great. Our waiter was slightly less attentive, but not terrible by any means. The menu was loaded with Hawaiian specialties. The Mai Tais here were my... More

The food is average but the Hula Pie is one of the best desserts on all of Maui! Definitely worth a stop!

Right on the water and in the heart of historic Lahaina, Kimo’s brings you and your o’hana (Hawaiian for family) a casual, completely Maui dining experience. Renowned our “postcard” views of Lanai and Molokai, we offer a menu featuring fresh Hawaiian fish, prime rib, prime steaks and the original Hula Pie, Kimo’s has been a Maui must-do for over 30 years. The upstairs main dining room shows the architectural influence of New England on the former whaling port, with koa-lined walls, missionary-style furnishings and maritime memorabilia. After dinner, Kimo’s lanai becomes a very cool hotspot for tropical cocktails and Hawaiian music. Live entertainment is offered on weekends and select week nights.
