We were biking down Haleakala, as many do, and were recommended this place by guide before we headed down. They a good selection and their steak sandwich awesome. Nothing fancy, but good food!

This looked like just a little place on the side of the road, on the way up to the Haleakala Crater. It was excellent! The staff was super friendly, the breakfast tasted homemade, and the portions were perfect. We had the Eggs Benedict, and the Ham and Cheddar Omelette. Both were fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

Stopped in this restaurant for dinner after visiting Haleakala. We were seated but never waited or acknowledged that we were there even tho' service staff walked by our table 4or 5 times. After 15 minutes we got up and left. My advice would be to continue into Kahului. There are many restaurants there that are happy to wait on you.

Wonderful food and lovely people. Kula Sandalwoods Restaurant was a great stop after going to the crater. We drove but there were cyclists there as well.

I ate at this family-run restrauant twice during a recent Haleakala trip and both meals were fantastic. Set about halfway up the slopes of Haleakala, it is a great place to stop for a meal on your way to or from the summit. The menu is simple but the food is delicious. For breakfast I had a wonderful French Toast... More

This is a place perched on the side of the mountain with a great view of the valley and the West Maui Mountains. The food is simple and inexpensive and service is pretty quick considering it's only the owners doing the cooking and the tables. Prices are extremely reasonable. The menu is limited but there's something for everyone. The dining... More

My family and I had breakfast on the covered patio while it was raining, which was actually very nice! My son had pancakes, which were very good and seemed to be made from scratch. My wife had French toast, which was a large portion and she enjoyed as well. I had the eggs Benedict , which they seem to be... More

We stopped here for lunch to take a break biking Haleakaka mountain. We ordered the pork sandwich an the hamburger and topped it off with apple pie alamode. All were excellent, especially the pork. We sat outside and had a great view of Maui.

Stopped for lunch with family on the way up the mountain and enjoyed it completely. The staff was very friendly, and setting is charming. We sat outside near the pizza oven. The pizza guy from SoCal provided good conversation. The kids enjoyed walking through the garden and checking out the market next door. Will return if in Maui again.

Family restaurant with good home cooking. Yes, it is a good place to stop after visiting the crater. The price is not expensive just average range. The menu is limited, but worth trying. The food is very delicious!!!!
