but the croissant is good. No soy milk, no almond milk ... boy, it was like they couldn't care less about the customer. Now i know why the locals are not very thrilled by this place.

Anyone hungry for dinner in Kula should know they have another choice these days. The place you've loved for pastries, the one you've tried for quiche or piazza in the daytime, well now they do dinners. After taking over the neighboring structure, they've doubled their seating, and these are inside a quaint little room. First, it's byob, and who doesn't... More

The weekend brunch offers a variety of eggs be edicts and crepes that are accompanied with salad and potatoes. The quality is of the highest standard. The baked goods are also amazing, but they do sell out early. The view is an additional bonus.

Don't miss these fabulous pastries especially the sticky buns and the almond croissants. This restaurant sells out almost daily. Their breakfast and lunches are great. If you're headed UpCountry don't miss this one.

It was recommended we visit Upcountry during our visit to Hawaii. La Provence was a great find. The roast beef sandwich was very tender. Our salad was delicious and pastry was heavenly. I would highly recommend this lovely little restaurant!

Went for lunch today and craved for crepes. I tried the ham and cheese and it came with mixed greens salad- delicious! After the meal, we tried the lilikoi (passion fruit) crepes. OMG...the best!!! I loved this- perfectly delicious. A must to try. Both crepes were done very well, it was light, not heavy. They have cute outside seating, limited... More

I've been eating here for years, and when I lived down the street, I put on 20 pounds. The pastries are unbelievable, but it's the dinner that really shines. I think it's better than Mama's.

On our way to the airport we wanted to stop by for breakfast. Arriving at 11:02 we neither got breakfast nor lunch because the kitchen is closed from 11:00-11:30. This is not announced on the website ("lunch from 8:30-2:00"), therefore we had to leave very disappointed. The cafe however looks very nice.

There are many things to see and do in Upcountry Maui. Even if there wasn't, making the drive up just to eat at La Provence is well worth the trip. The setting is a quaint little patio with killer views. Lunch was delicious, both the savoury crepes and dessert crepes. The salad was fresh and tasty and the portions were... More
