The proprietor of this establishment is Ann Carpenter née Nugyen. She married a Company Man and is now a member of the Saigon branch of the Carpenter family. Her son Vince graduated from West Point. Enough said. Ann is a motherly type. She'll help newcomers order and cook it to boot. Here's our standard order. We like to begin with... More

I am not an expert on Vietnamese Cuisine but this wasn't good. One dish tasted like soy sauce and like nothing else, the other one was cold (comment: we could heat it up in the microwave). Additionally, the service wasn't really friendly. All in all this was unfortunately an unpleasant experience. Sad.

We came here cause our friends were craving Vietnamese food. We order Pho, spring rolls and the beef cubes. The spring rolls tasted horrible, definitely re-fried and the color was darker than the norm indicating they were re-fried and old. Tasted like they were soaked in old oil. The beef cubes were so tough and hard to chew. The Pho... More

The pho is good, beef is a bit overcook, but the soup is fantastic. Services is good, shrimp pipe is delicious and I believe grill shrimp is very nice as well.

After running around the friday nite festival across the street we were interested in something different. We were so happy to have found this obscure restaurant not far from post office. Deliciously prepared pho, vegetarian dishes that I do not know what they were called, but we were adventurous. They give plenty of discriptions for the dishes so it was... More

We ate family style and ordered about 6 dishes. The only one that really stood out was the Crispy Chicken which we all liked. All the other dishes were not bad, just ok. The service was amazingly fast and we got in and out really quickly.

The menu online looked pretty good but truthfully it seemed like Chinese fare. I expected fresher ingredients. Service was great and they serve beer and wine but I sadly cannot really recommend this to you all. Keep looking.

We love eating here, we come here after Saturday Church Services, and order our favorites especially the cube beef steak, cannot beat, the portions are large, and cannot eat all, to go boxes. Service is good, very attentive to your needs.

While staying in Kihei, we ran into a great restaurant. The favors were rich and tasty. We had the lemon grass chicken without the curry; you can order it as you would like it. I would also recommend the crispy chicken which had a slight crunch outside but so deliciously moist inside. Also, do check out their clay pot menu... More
