We had gone zip lining at the Maui Zip Line Company for the afternoon. They recommend trying Da Kitchen. It was a great restaurant with delicious food that was fast. However, their servings are way too big for one person to eat. I ordered the daily special of Breaded Fresh Catch. I only ate about 1/3 before I was full.

Very affordable, kid friendly & delicious. If you want a true taste of Hawaii this is the place to go.

Wow! Lots of rice! We got the deep fried spam musubi, bento box and meat loaf? So much rice! We couldn't finish it all and brought some home, but the box literally has two scoops of rice with the meat on top of a bed of rice. The meat is all marinated well and cooked to perfection.

Our first stop for food when we arrived in Maui. Nice that its so close to the airport. They do a deep fried musubi, which I've never seen before (see pic). They also have a ridiculous selection of specialty loco moco. I got the Hawaiian plate, which had lau lau and kalua pork, lomi salmon, and chicken long rice, and... More

We went here based on reviews and it was okay. The portions are a good size for sure which is nice. The food has local flair to it. It was just okay, though.

we ate lunch here on our first day. I had the pork dish. It was good. Large portions. I couldn't finish what I had. Nothing too exciting but an ok place to grab a quick bite to eat.

Ordered several items and went to the beach on the other side of the road to watch the sun set. I don't think any of us were able to finish their entire meal since it was so much food.

Simple good and fairly priced, the hawaiian plate is a winner. Also good pies and cupcakes which were consumed by the children

Great food. Best Kahlua pork I've had. Tempura fish is phenomenal. Huge portions. Fast and friendly service. Not much in the way of ambience but who cares...grab a cold six pack at the liquor store next door and head to the beach to eat.
