Maui Brick Oven is an amazing restaurant! This small restaurant is much more than we hoped for. The food was fabulous- we had the fish and chips- soooo good! The staff were incredibly friendly. I thought we were going to a small pizza joint, but...it is so much more!More

Mahalo Shelly! We are so glad that you enjoyed your visit. Yes, we are not a pizza joint, we are a restaurant that serves pizza and all those things that you miss when you eat gluten free.

Sauce just didn’t taste right. Had almost no flavor, brown in color. We had Maui luau and meat lovers. The crust had a lot of air in it and no real flavor as well. The toppings were super yummy but something must have happened with...the crust and sauce.More

Sorry you were dissatisfied. Our Saturday Che is a marinara sauce, which has roasted tomatoes and red bell peppers. Some people say it’s too spicy. The crust is gluten free. Did you know that? It is different from the typical wheat crust.

This small dining experience is a one of a kind! We heard great things about this little place and it didn’t disappoint! Excellent food, excellent service! They take pride in the gluten free experience, and although we don’t need to eat gluten free, we enjoyed...the taste so much, and felt so good after eating a full meal! Thank you Maui Brick Oven! We will be back!More

Maui Brick Oven is an awesome restaurant. The staff is so friendly and they do not rush us to place the order. The dining booths are cozy and perfect for four people. The walls are decorated with amazing pictures of Hawaii nature scenes. They are...so good, we took pictures of those pictures. A variety of dishes are available, but we (a group of four) shared a large pizza and an appetizer (Beer Battered Mushrooms). The vegetarian pizza was excellent, and the mushrooms were great but we were not thrilled with the mild dipping sauce. The roasted garlic on the pizza was superb. Maui Brick Oven is a great place, they do food good!More

We had fish and chips to start and then a pizza! Everyone enjoyed the food even the non gluten free people. The staff are very helpful and super nice. I highly recommend Maui Brick Oven! Just know they open at 4 and sometimes have special...events and are closed. Call or look up online before you plan to go.More

Mahalo Krista! We rarely have to close. We were short staffed due to the executive chef on vacation. We just don’t have the coverage for those couple of days. It never hurts to call ahead though.

We drove all the way from Kaanapali because I am allergic to gluten and we were elated to find a totally gluten free restaurant! Imagine my complete disappontment... mouth watering just thinking about fish and chips for the 1st time in 3 years only to...find out they are closed both today and March 7th. It would have been nice to see that on their web site before we took a 40 minute drive!! These small family owned restaurants are so unprofessional! Very unhappy. ☹More

I’m so sorry. For several weeks I’ve had it posted on Facebook and instagram. It is not easy to change the website. We are short staffed in the kitchen on those days so we are unable to run the restaurant smoothly. We try our best...More

My best friend has a gluten allergy, so I'm accustomed to always looking out for great gluten free options. We saw this place and decided to get some takeout after reading amazing reviews. We ordered a combo pizza and a Muana Kea (sub bacon for...the chicken), the BBQ pulled pork quesadilla and some fries. Everything was delicious, especially the quesadilla. Definitely check this place out. They really care about what they do and it shows. They even have great homemade ranch!!!More

My teenage son has celiac disease and we had researched dining options prior to our trip. He was so excited at the thought of a restaurant just for people like him. The menu and staff at this family run restaurant were great-very homey and hospitable....We went several times over our stay and everything we tried was wonderful-pizza, chicken, the bowls, bread sticks, fish and chips, mozzarella sticks.... BTW I do not have any dietary restrictions and I loved it and would recommend it for everyone.More

Thanks Makena! We’re trying to show that pout food is good for everyone, not just for those who are gf.

My teen has celiac disease and was so looking forward to dinner at a restaurant where he could order anything and not worry. We went 4 times in 5 days! So good! And the family/staff were so warm and welcoming. They just started to franchise;...I wish we had one back home!More

When my husband and I visit Maui which we do yearly we always go to Maui Brick Oven. We are gluten free and this is the best place in Maui for gluten free pizza.

That would take up about half the restaurant. We’d have the back three tables for you. 2 seating 6 another seating 8. Let me know how to help you.

I have no idea! Sorry, we are so busy with our restaurant I don't know about a total vegan restaurant. We have several vegan options but are not total vegan.
