I went for lunch earlier this month, and the place was hopping. I ordered a crab cake appetizer, and the fish of the day plate. I thought both were way too heavily laden with sauces, which was disappointing. But, the cocktails were good. I don't know if I'd go back.

This is one restaurant I am never going to get bored of! The prices are unbelievably affordable for Maui and the food is delicious! I usually get their French Onion Soup, Manoa Lettuce Wraps or the Papaya Salad! They have a great selection for dinner too! Highly recommend you give them a try if your just visiting or new to... Mrs Biscuit and I shared an early dinner, with a light crowd on a Wednesday evening, she having the salt roast pork and myself having the short ribs, both were excellent and half of each came home with us. Raymond our server was fast, pleasent and gave us good advice (which we ignored.) Raymond suggested splitting a starter and entre. Not... More

I don't go in for sushi for dinner but I love it as a starter and there rest of the menu is excellent. Pricing is low to middle of what you would pay in Kihei. This is a favorite of the locals so that says a lot. Be sure to ask why the special is as it changes daily.

Following the recommendation of our concierge at the Fairmont, we tried this place. The photos on social media looked great, but mostly were of suishi. We learned that there is no suishi here on Sunday and Monday nights. The regular menu for dinner is quite boring and does not offer anything unique. The restaurant is located upstairs in a strip... The Cafe O'Lei was recommended to us for dinner by the Fairmont Hotel and we could not have been more disappointed with EVERYTHING about this place. After being seated next to the bar we almost had to tackle a server to get a glass of water and this person was the "manager" walking by with a water pitcher clueless of... More

This was a great find. Dinner was excellent! Service great. Great value for the your money. The shortribs was a huge hit. Portions sizes were enough to share. We loved it so much we ended up going twice during our stay in Maui.

The nearby Fairmont recommended this restaurant and had its menu at the front desk. Standouts were the french onion soup and the ahi rice plate. I was not a big fan of their white bread. The honey nut crusted pork was slightly drier than expected. Dinner at 6:45 took about two hours and my children were getting very tired. They... More

this restaurant is on second floor of shopping center. You wouldn't stop based on looks or the name but you'll miss one of the best places in Maui. We had party of 8 and we argued about who had the best dinner. Everything looked so good. Service was excellent, atmosphere was very nice and prices very reasonable. It's worth searching... More

A local recommended Cafe o'Lei to us and it did t disappoint. We had the 3 tier plate of fried fish, pork ribs, mahi mahi and fish and chips plate for the 4 of us. We had 3 containers of best dish was definitely the smoked ribs and I must say I couldn't get enough of the coconut shrimp. Great... More
